Nice place
Very good place and good localization, just to take care about maintenance in some rooms. Parking lot is a little bit expensive. The best Hotel in the region, clean. Good restaurants closer the hotel also.
Quiet and family friendly
We checked into this hotel after a bad experience at the othe hotel we had booked several months in advance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice and clean rooms, excellent Wi-Fi, great breakfast and a family friendly atmosphere. Alphaville is a little further away from the city but the drive is worth it if you want to stay in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
Nice and friendly service
The staff was really friendly and professional, a combination hard to find. They were always ready to help and made my stay more pleasant and hassle-free. My thanks to the the whole team for the service provided.
Good hotel
Hotel is very well situated, close to the commercial center and major avenues like Av Rio Negro. Rooms are very nice but sometimes the service lacks refills on the bathroom soap. Front desk also had a hard time to find a wine glass I've requested for a drink after a long day's work. Breakfast is very nice and they carry a few pastries that are to die for. All in all a very good hotel worth the stay due to the proximity of the business areas. Worth mentioning that Alphaville has TERRIBLE traffic at from 5 PM to 7PM, so, if you taking a flight afterwards, plan your departure accordingly. You can get 1h traffic just to get to the Caste Branco highway.
Careless of the details
I stayed three days. The first night I detected liquid soap almost finished, not just in the shower, but in the lavatory too. Apart from this, that week was so cold in Sao Paulo. The room had no heater nor blankets available.This hotel should take care of these details in order to fidelize its customers. There’s a lot of places to stay offering nearby.
