Here what I see. Advantage: Good location near Kepri Mall (5 mins walk to the mall entrance). 12 mins drive to Batam Ferry center. Quiet place. Cooking hood available in the room. The hotel has a free taxi service, but need to inform early. Disadvantage: Breakfast menu does not even meet the average. If you go late, they won't top up anything for you. Did not try outdoor pool, so no comment. Mosquito in the room. The marble floor is not suitable for small kids. I would not recommend for a family with little kids.

The door card was not working properly, and because the floor was at 3rd floor and NO LIFT, I had to call the reception desk and I had to wait housekeepers to make the room opened about 5 minutes! Then when I was going out, the room could not be locked and I had to wait 10 minutes and no housekeepers until I went down to see the receptionist. I met the bell boy too but I just wonder why the bell boy could response quick when I asked to change the room immediately, meanwhile the female receptionist just stared at me without doing nothing. She seemed never has been trained well. Bedroom was dirty with lot of dust and I could not sleep well. Many ants are everywhere. No hot water for shower. Floor was so dirty. The good thing was only the TV cable and Internet Connection. They provide kitchen and it maybe good for family and long stay. Breakfast was below okay, but I am fine to just ate fruit and rice noodle, and again...many ants. I think they should do pest control once a year. I am not satisfied with this hotel and I may say this is first and the last time to stay there.

Well for family stay. quite place and facilities around the hotel. Mall and natural beauty in surrounding. Kitchen facilities available but need maintenance. Toilet and bathroom space quite big. Overall good.

The receptionist wrong give card room and he didn't know the bed room should be king size, but he give me twin bed. I think it should be training to ensure and know the property all room. I saw a lot of dust in the pantry and bathroom. Sanitation does not flow properly. Bad Cleanliness. The hotel management should renovation that building or need train well the room cleaners.

hotel is attractive place ...room was comfortable ...food was awesome and staff was very nice.well maintain swimming pool.wr had a great time there.i enjoyed my stay very much....great service. everything was suppbbbbb and thanks to all of you....
