I book a room for 4 persons and surprise that my room was so big with pool view , my kids very enjoy stayed at the hotel. The Breakfast was good but less choices. Love the coffee maker. The design of the hotel is instagramable (-). WIFI was terrible and there's no cupboad

I booked a room exclusive 3 via traveloka, because it is already fully booked with someone, I got a room exclusive 4 without no extra cost. Initially I was not sure because the hotel location into the small street.when i arrived at room,the room is excellent, the atmosphere is very comfortable, spacious,very clean..the taste of breakfast are nice I wouldn't think twice to go back there again and recommend it to you all. My suggestion tv channels may more, do not hang when it rains, and the breakfast more varied,, but at all i love the hotel

Tempatnya lumayan dan kamar bener2 luas sangat cocok untuk liburan keluarga, suasana tenang dan breakfast tidak terlalu banyak macam tapi masakan enak. Bagi pembaca setia harus mencoba sekali2. Next time saya bersama keluarga pasti akan kembali lagi

Kami menginap di Gradia 1 family room, sekitar beberapa meter lokasinya dari gradia 2. Dekat dengan museum angkut, jatimpark 1, brawijaya oleh-oleh, resto bu atik, alun-alun batu, bisa dijangkau dengan taksi online. Kamar luas, dilengkapi dengan dengan 4 bantal, 2 guling. Peralatan mandi lengkap, air mineral, teh & gula, pemanas air. Ruangan bersih, seprei, handuk, kamar mandi bersih. Tidak terdapat wardrobe tapi tamu bisa menggantung & meletakan pakaian di tempat yang disediakan di dalam kamar, dipisahkan dengan tirai. Televisi? Fox, disney channel, natgeo channel. Minus air panas tidak stabil, kami pernah beberapa kali harus menunggu air untuk panas sekitar 30 menit. Setelah panas, kadang tiba-tiba dingin kembali. Jadi kami menghubungi pihak hotel. Setelah panas, begitu mau dipakai lagi, ya begitu lagi naik turun. Tapi, mungkin kamar lain kondisinya berbeda. Sarapan? Bubur, nasi goreng, buah, ayam tepung. Rasanya? Enak, maksudnya untuk saya yang rewel soal makanan, sarapan yang mereka sajikan termasuk enak. Makanan hotel? Kami memesan sop, nasi goreng, kentang goreng. Rasanya? Kurang cocok di lidah kami, karena penyuka makanan pedas, sementara batu malang dan sekitarnya cenderung manis benar-benar manis. Jadi sekalipun yang dipesan nasi goreng pedas sekali, yang hadir nasi goreng sedikit pedas dan banyak manis. Tapi, setiap orang selera tak sama, ini hanya berdasarkan selera kamu saja. Secara umum, enak. Harga kamar? Sebaiknya pesan jauh-jauh hari, melalui online. Harga on the spot, mendekati hari H bisa melonjak berkali-kali lipat.

Sangat Nyaman Untuk Family Traveling

Awanya saya sempat ragu dengan fasilitas dan kondisi Hotel&Vila Gradia 2 ini, namun saya beranikan untuk menginap di sini dengan berbekal review yang cukup bagus dari beberapa pengunjung sebelumnya. Dan ternyata Vila memberikan value yang OKE. Kami menginap di kamar "Family 2 (no.22 di lantai 1). Sangat nyaman, dengan ukuran kamar yang cukup luas dan bersih. Ada 2 sofa kecil, water heater, dan gantungan untuk menyimpan baju. Kamar mandi juga cukup luas, bersih dan air hangat. Menu sarapan enak (yang paling kami suka adalah menu soto ayam nya). Saran dari saya adalah agar ditambahkan vitrage pada kamar agar jika gorden di buka tidak terlihat dari luar sehingga privacy tamu lebih terjaga.
