Had a one nights stay and I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. From check-in to check out everything was simply perfect. Checked and greeted by Inga who was extremely friendly and informative and explained the facilities of the hotel. The rooms are clean, cosy and comfortable and I had the best nights sleep I've had for ages as the bed was so comfortable. Had a late lunch in the bar and the club sandwich (including fries) was cooked to perfection. Breakfast was amazing and the food was beautifully cooked and plentiful throughout with no mad rush or congested feel you often get at other hotels. The staff were very well informed, friendly without being obtrusive. Brilliant Hotel, food, rooms and staff and met again by Inga on check-out was a bonus to be greeted once again with her upbeat manner and smile.

Fiancé and I stayed here for an anniversary. The staff was wonderful and really accommodating. There were a few hiccups with our room but I cannot complain. Mishaps can happen but I was super impressed with the way things are handled. I would stay here again anytime. We also had dinner at the hotel, it was a fantastic meal with live music. Keep up the good work!!! :)

I booked a premier room and made a special request for a shower as i have limited mobility. We arrived early and was told our room wasnt ready as shortage of staff but a club upgrade would be available sooner (at a cost). I agreed and then had to wait 90 minutes for that to be ready. I got there and it was a bath. Reception informed me upgrades were with baths! The room itself was comfy but no lighting at all by the desk area for my partner to get ready for dinner On the plus side. Jessica in the club lounge was exceptional and very pleasant. Would i stay here again? Yes. Would i pay £200. No

We paid to stay in a king size room, given key to a room with a king size bed, opened the door, the room looked great and had a king size bed but, there was already a guest in there! UNACCEPTABLE! We were given another room but it had two double beds, pokey back room, not what we booked at all. We phoned to complain and were completely fobbed off. We were told ‘the beds are king size they just look smaller’. We were also told ‘we had to turn people away due to maintenance’. That’s not the customers problem. The room is terrible, 2 double beds Not king size! tv doesn’t work, room smells horrendous. We arrived at 1900 and have a meal booked in town at 2000, if we had more time we would have rejected the room and found somewhere else to stay. Completely unacceptable to be fobbed off and taken for fools, no offer of an alternative, the worst customer service. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Such a wonderful hotel with the top-notch staff. Warm welcome from the minute you arrive with reassurance that you will be looked after throughout the stay. Must visit if you are traveling to Heathrow or visiting Windsor castle or Harry Potter Warner Bros.
