Cold hot water.

This motel has the coldest hot water of any hotel I have ever stayed. I need a hot shower at the end of a hard day. The motel was clean and well kept but I don’t understand management when they shut off the hot water and risk complaints. This is not the place for me.

With the recent hurricanes ravaging the area, this was one of the only places to stop on the road to Houston that cl accepted dogs. It was horribly smelly, as they allow smoking in the building. The room was run down and old. This place could really use a facelift. For the price I paid, it was overpriced to say the least.

The hotel is nice. However for being new there were a few problems. Shower pressure was really low as well as the sink. The carpet could of been cleaned better. The A/C was great. The check in & check out were great. Al in all nice please to stay.

Nice room and staff. My stay was pleasant I've been to several other places and red roof is the better choice. I will be visiting there again over the course of six months or more. I hope I can continue to receive the same treatment

This facility I can hardly call a hotel. There were stains everywhere in the room including the sheets and duvet as well as wrinkled pillow cases. It seems they don't change sheets after guests, just make the beds. There were not toiletries in my room upon check-in and I had to ask for shampoo and toilet paper at the front desk. After my first night's stay, the towels were not replaced in the bathroom. After asking for replacements at the front desk I was informed they were out of towels. They said there would be some in the morning. I'm checking out without having taken a shower so you can surmise how that went. The bare minimum for a hospitality business has not been bothered to be reached here. Give your money and patronage to a business that wants to go the extra mile for you. It's definitely not happening here.
