We recently stayed here and probably wouldn't stay here again. The room was large, so a good size for 2 people. The bed was comfortable but unfortuantely, the people in the room next to us had the tv blasting and at 2:00 a.m. we gave up and left. This in no way had anything to do with the hotel or management but certainly didn't endear us to the place. It's in a great location and has a restaurant on site for convenience. As well, lot's of fast food options within walking distance or a very short drive. It's convenient off the highway if you're doing a stopover.

We stayed one night on way home from Florida, arrived late about 1:30am with a friendly greeting. Mattress was so comfy. Breaky was good but could improve if toaster, bread or bagel was available. I will return.

Good Sized Room

We had a pretty good stay at the Quality Inn in Beckley. We were actually surprised at the size of the room we got. There was plenty of space to move around, not cramped at all. It was a bit outdated in terms of decor but it was comfortable and clean. The king bed was a bit firmer than we would have liked but we had a good sleep.

Starting with the good. The rate was good and the room was clean and comfortable. When I made the reservation I made it here because they advertise a bar within the hotel. This bar and restaurant was completely filled with smokers and if you have a breathing issue you wouldn't be able to stay in there. I went in long enough to order food and then stepped out and my clothes needed to be washed. I asked the bar tender about the smoking rules in West Va and she said "Well we don't say anything because most people here like to smoke".

Great location. Loved the complimentary breakfast. Bed was very comfortable. Very clean. Great air conditioning. Professional check in. Easy parking for truck and camper. Highly recommend. Great value for the price. Will stay here again!
