Les cuento que el hotel no llega al año desde su inauguración esta todo en perfecto estado y muy nuevo. Por ahora todo el personal a sido muy amable. Estoy en la habitación 1702. Y las vistas son magníficas el tamaño de la habitación es bastante grande. Solo extraño un mini bar para que sea realmente un lujo. Tiene parking es muy cómodo en el mismo centro

Stayed here for one night to attend a dinner in Belfast. Got an excellent rate and decided to give it a try having stayed previously at the Europa and Culloden , other Hastings hotels and also using the Everglades regularly,which is my local hotel. Check-in in was quick and friendly as was check out. The room was excellent and the shower was very good. Had breakfast in the morning, not part of the rate but the food was perfect and again service was excellent. One small issue I have is parking. Valet parking is provided but a little pricey. Perhaps inclusion in the rate might be a better way to do it, but suppose that penalises the majority of guests who aren't driving. Did park in the Grovesnor road . But was a little bit of a hike with suitcase etc. Probably better to drop luggage then park . Got car and picked up on leaving. Worked fine and £14 discounted rate was pretty good. What makes all Hastings hotels stand out is the genuine friendly and helpful staff. They just either manage to pick the right people or train them very well or more likely a combination of both. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and I certainly will stay again

Had the most amazing stay in the grand central. Got treated like royalty by Matthew. He was a lovely gentleman who always greets us in the foye. Menace on the desk was as helpful as ever. Quincy checked me out this morning with a 😊 smile! Can’t wait to return

I cannot recommend The Grand Central highly enough. Staff are excellent, from the second you arrive at the door to the second you leave they are brilliant. Amazing views from our room and the observatory cocktail bar.

The Grand Central staff delivered everything they promised and more. The whole experience from minute one to checkout the following morning was just outstanding and I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. Thank you so much.
