My wife, son and I stayed at the Holiday Inn for a few days just after Christmas for our first trip to Belfast and the hotel certainly didn't disappoint. All members of staff were were really friendly and helped recommend places to see and visit whilst in the city. Our booking included breakfast which I would recommend to anyone staying with a great variety of cooked and continental foods available. A special thank you to John who worked in the restaurant and always made sure we were okay and that everything was fine for our young son. In terms of location you couldn't ask for more, everything is close by with the city centre only a 10 minute walk away. The room itself was fine with everything we needed and a very comfy bed. The only negative thing I can say is the cot bed provided for my son wasn't great as no mattress was given; instead it was only the plastic base of the cot with a towel and cover wrapped around. I know I certainly wouldn't appreciate sleeping on something so hard, but we managed to add additional towels to make it more comfy. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn and would stay there again on future trips to Belfast.
First time here and I’ll be back

Was great cannot complain. Room was spotless breakfast next day was surprisingly a large breakfast the hole 9 yards. The room I was in was very quiet, and the bed was quite comfy, the room was exactly how it was shown in the photos online. Hotel smelt lovely and fresh and was actually being painted and refreshed
Amazing staff, cosy and comfy rooms, lovely breakfast

Came here this weekend for our first trip to Belfast, staff were welcoming and accommodating, no question was too much to ask, the cooked breakfast was delicious. Our room was slightly cold but the receptionist was more than happy to help by turning heating on - just ask staff if there is anything you need! Beds were so comfy, room was spacious and modern. 5-10 minute walk to the town centre, nearby shops, restaurants and bars.

For a one night business trip this hotel proved fine. Upon arrival we were greeted by the local junkies seeking cigarettes but other than that the experience was fine. The staff were friendly and helpful with the room itself being adequate but little more. Breakfast had plenty of selection but somewhat bizarrely needed to be served to us from the buffet!
