Stay at the Holiday Inn

I've stayed at the hotel not bad at all getting booked in if you book online it costs more then if you walk in and book at the main desk so remember that only down side is if its fully booked you don't get a room. But the place is in need of some decent cleaners as the rooms are not cleaned to a high standard so be ready for ti expect that apart from that everything else is okay. I've put a picture of white sticky stuff all over the side of the bed and floors are not very clean either.
Nothing was a problem.

Great clean hotel. Quick check in. Very helpful staff. One in particular called john. Gave us loads of information and was lovely with it. Credit to the holiday inn for everyone being so polite. Great location. Got the bus in from The airport and it was fine. No hassle at all.
Two night stay in Belfast

My husband and myself have just spent two nights staying in Holiday Inn Belfast City Centre. From arrival to departure we were both very impressed with the level of service provided by every member of staff who we came into contact with, they were all polite and extremely helpful and we knew their aim was to make sure we enjoyed our break and receive first class service and we did on both counts 😊 Breakfast was very tasty. Choice of food for evening meal good too. Hotel ideally situated being close to Great Victoria Street train station and within easy walking distance of city centre. Although this was a local break for us we would have no hesitation in staying in the hotel on another occasion. Thanks to all of the staff. Valerie and Roy

The good bits first. The staff members were all very helpful, polite and professional. Car parking in the nearby multi-storey wasn't too inconvenient. Now the not so good bits. Try to arrive and leave in the dark. The immediate surroundings are pretty grim in daylight. Massively overpriced for what is a budget hotel charging premium prices. Maybe we were unlucky, but the breakfast, and I didn't believe this was possible, tasted worse than it looked. This is quite an achievement as the constituent parts looked dreadful. Right down there with the worst breakfasts ever in a hotel.

Stopped in this Hotel many times the rooms are modern and clean and the staff are friendly and diligent. The two ladies Dearbhla and Lenka are great asset to the restaurant. There is parking at the front of the hotel but need to get there before 1500. Town is a short walk away no need for taxis. Great Thanks Paul
