Staff ranged from friendly to grumpy. There was excessive noise from unsupervised children slamming doors, running and screaming. Adult screaming at a child and then slamming the door so hard it was jarring. Bed was comfortable but couldn't sleep because of slamming doors and screeching kids. Breakfast was good. Won't be back.

Dead bug parts in various locations. Staff overwhelmed and tasked with responsibilities that are obviously not trained at. Filth everywhere from the exterior entrance way to the 1st room offered, the stained carpeted hallways and the 2nd room offered and turned down. DO NOT get fooled by the high rating on here, we trained to stay here last year and nothing has changed. The ratings have disappeared from 2021 somehow. Yet to find a clean hotel in St Clairsville

Tammy was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The housekeeper supervisor needs to be more alert of the do not disturb signs. We had ours on the door (306) till we left at noon on Saturday. When we left, I removed the sign and the housekeeper was straight across the hall. I believe she was in room 305. She never refreshed our room, and we even left a tip in there for her. Shame on your supervisor in housekeeping. Otis was also a wonderful sight. He is so gorgeous. Good job GM, you do have a few wonderful employees. Tammy & Chelsea (night Auditor).

Bed Bug Infested

Please do not stay here! There hotel is bed bug infested and when we asked for help they offered a refund and a free night stay at their infested hotel. A lawsuit was filed, but we would like the community to know that they barely paid us out because that is how cheap they are that they rather offer a free night at their bed bug infested hotel. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!

This hotel was outstanding for our purposes. Stayed six nights with extended family of eight. In spite of the COVID-19 restrictions,they found a safe way to serve us a hot breakfast, replenish our towels and supplies, and make us feel welcome. Kids loved the pool and staff was more than tolerant of our small puppy. Sara at the front desk was super accommodating; the entire team was exemplary. Would recommend this hotel and will stay here again in the future. Job well done😃👌!!
