The only but was the big glass window, which makes the room colder than it could be. Air conditioning takes care of it mostly. Location is good, breakfast is ok, gym is not bad, jacuzzi is nice. Location is good. Bento Gonçalves is a must see for the wine road and the stone way, which are both amazing.

Great for a business trip. Comfortable room. Very quiet. WiFi works well. Fantastic service. Staff is very kind and helpful. Good breakfast, though not very special. Nothing to complain about. I really recommend.

Amazing Place to stay ! Near everything you need

This hotel is amazing! We stayed there with our little baby - 8 months - and there are everything y need for babies. And the swimming pool is hot at the end of the day! They is a piano bar too and you can go by walking for the city day and night. I sure recommed! If I helped you leave a like ! :-)

This hotel is very well located in Bento Gonçalves city. Its rooms are spacious, bed is very good, shower is also good. Ammenities are not so good. They can improve shampoo and spon to reach the same level of the hotel. Staff are very helpful and breakfast can be improved a little more. This hotel is very affordable for tourist groups. Cable TV could be also improved. Wi-fi works well and it is free of charge.

The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood close to a small shopping mall and some good restaurants. Check-in was swift and the staff was always very friendly. My room was in the most upper floor and I had a great view. On site parking was handy Sleep quality was very good. I can fully recommend that hotel.
