Lovely hotel, great breakfast and beautiful views
I had great time here, the view from my room was really pretty, especially the skyline of the city during the sunset. It is a very well taken care of hotel, comfortable and clean. The best part was the breakfast, great variety of choice of all kinds of foods and drinks. Coffee top notch!
Old hotel, noisy, no elevator, small parking lot (very small)
I was expecting more for the price, but the pictures from this hotel are very worked up, taken by a professional. It doesn't reflect the reality. Don't go by the pictures. The service is just ok, the hotel is actually clean, but they have small beds and a terrible shower (electric). If your room is on the street side, it's very noisy, there are dancing clubs and people with their big woofers and sub woofers in their cars playing loud music the entire weekend. They don't have elevators. When I arrived, there were two male employees that took our luggage to the 3rd floor, but on the way out, I had to carry my own luggage and one employee took my girlfriend's luggage. The parking lot is a piece of work, I was driving a Nissan Kicks and it was an exercise to put it in the parking lot spot. Very small, no margin for errors. Be careful if you have an SUV depending on what is available, because it won't fit.
Hotel Mont Blanc Bento Goncalves
The hotel is well located with excellent views of the town on the side facing away from the road. The side facing the roàd can be a little noisy and sound from a nightclub does tend to carry on Saturday night. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful with several good English speakers which is useful when booking. Note however there is no lift in the hotel. Breakfast was excellent with a good range of foods served. The hotel is well placed for the night life and evening restaurants which have an Alpine feel. Taxi from the Hotel into centre of town is around 12 to 15 Reais for a 5 minute ride. The hotel represent excellent value, I would most certainly stay there again but try for a room overlooking the town. A big thank you to all the staff who made our short stay so pleasant. Andrew P Uk

O hotel está bem estruturado para a proteção dos hóspedes, contando inclusive com um higienizador de calçados a UV na entrada. Localizado próximo a bares e restaurantes possui ótimo café da manhã e pessoal cortês e muito prestativo.
Hotel localizado em local barulhento
O hotel é simples e localizado junto a uma via movimentada e barulhenta, o que prejudica a qualidade do sono. O café da manhã é apenas razoável, o wifi funciona bem e o hotel conta com estacionamento próprio.
