UNACCEPTABLE! If you don't want to sleep on the streets, AVOID THIS PLACE AS FAST AS YOU CAN! WARNING. There is an office that gives you the room's key. I had a delay and I called to take the keys the excact time that the office was closing and he told me so rudely that the office is closed and you were supposed to be earlier. And moreover he told me idiot, because I was trying to persuade him (who by the way WAS at this office and didn't want to help me at all) to go as fast as I could to pick up the key. And moreover, they denied to give me my money back!

We booked very last minute and made the grave mistake of not reading reviews. This is not a B&B which we were aware of, BUT almost everything else was terrible. You cannot check-in at the property but after trying to contact the manager multiple times at night when we arrived at the property we discover we must drive to the train station to collect a code to access the on-site lock box with the room key. Totally ridiculous and not explained when booked on booking.com site. Room looked better than expected for the price but still quite unclean. That's the end of the positive feelings. NO soundproofing. Guests in room above us arrived at 2.50am and proceeded to have lengthy sexual encounters that we had to endure. Every footstep also felt like it was in our room. Not their fault but outrageous to have a room/loft above our room where EVERYTHING can be heard clearly 24/7. So we had very little sleep... Read the fine print - parking is provided but NOT included when booking. There is an empty courtyard where you can park but the cleaner will photograph your vehicle in the morning and send to off-site manager office and you will be charged extra €10 instantly. Cleaner perhaps should concentrate on cleaning rooms to a better standard before doing this... Staff at City Hub where you must check-in must be used to complaining customers as there was no concern whatsoever when we wanted to discuss our issues. Very disinterested - girl in the morning decided to completely ignore us in the tidy booking office rather than deal with our legitimate issues. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. IN 2 WORDS - DON'T STAY !!!

It is clean and new, 15 minutes walk from the city center, was a safe place and better than expected for the price. You have to take the password for the keys from the city center. You find the keys at the door locked in a password protected small cabin.When I heard this I had already bought via booking. I tried to cancel, but they did not cancel it. It was very disappointing. But at last the hotel, which is an apart hotel, was good for its money.

Stayed a few nights on a business trip to Bergamo. Excellent value and will definaltely return to see more of this beautiful town Great staff and very friendly cannot recommend more highly if you are in this area

Stayed with friends for 3 nights and cannot fault the rooms, cleanliness, friendliness and welcome from the lovely owners and their beautiful daughter. I only wish it was closer to the town. A 30/40 min walk each time in heat was hard going after a while. Bars close by we're happy to call you a taxi so a stop for a beer wasn't a great hardship and after dinner again, establishments happy to help. I would advise owners to perhaps let guests know where the neatest bus stop is and what numbers would take you to town and back. This would really have helped us on our first evening and next morning. Cannot fault the facilities or price so for some travellers this would be ideal despite location.
