If you need to be in business around Adlershof, this is definitely the place to stay. If you are visiting Berlin, this is not a bad spot but you might want to get closer to town as there is very little around Adlershof itself. The studio flat was spacious, super clean, well equipped and there is a huge supermarket just across the road. It was really quiet too, and everyone is friendly. I was staying 5 nights, you can buy a pod for the washing machine at 50 euro cent, which works nicely. There is an optional breakfast for but I did take it although the Korean restaurant is certainly excellent for lunch so I guess their breakfast is just as good. There is very little to do around Adlershof, it is business, few restaurants and not much else. But I would certainly stay again at Adapt, that was perfect!

Nice place to have a break on the road

The size and comfort of this appartment were really nice, as for design and equipment. Only 2 remarques: the absence of air conditionning is a problem, as it gets quite warm in summer and the place becomes noisy by night in the week ends. Other problem: restaurant opened for breakfast 30 min late (8h30) because waiters were..late. not really professionnal.

Nice, modern and spotless clean accomodation. The Kitchenette is well furbished. The Reception is not open late in the evening but it is nonetheless possible to get the keys. The breakfast at the korean restaurant nearby was tasty and served in a casual atmosphere. I will remember their vegetable omelette.

I would have given the ADAPT apartments a "5" (exceptional) rating had it not been for the internet -- it is not secure, and has a weak signal (i.e. also unable to use VPN) -- which I needed to have in the evenings for work. I travelled and stayed for 4 nights in July, using the apartment as a base to explore Adlershof and Berlin. The apartment was large, with a pleasant balcony, comfortable bed, fully furnished kitchen, and was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The building location is excellent, with easy access by train (station is about an 8-minute walk or short tram ride) to all areas of Berlin. It is 3-minute walk to grocery stores and a few basic restaurants, and a 20-minute stroll to the older part of Adlershof and additional restaurants. I interacted with 3 different people at three different times at the reception desk: one was friendly, welcoming and efficient; one was indifferent and somewhat abrupt; and one was average. Note that the main doors fall shut with an extremely loud bang behind guests; this bang is heard from within the apartments close to the main entrance and stairway (as mine was) and can be startling later in the evening. Except for the internet issue which is a deal-breaker for me, I would happily stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

Clean and comfortable apartment, with nice bathroom and well equipped kitchen. 10 minutes walk from train station, 5 minutes walk from supermarket, ATM, bus/tram stop. The beds were comfortable (2 singles that can be clipped into 1 double). Pleasant lighting in the room with a sofa and chair by the TV. Open planned layout with dining table opposite kitchen. Doors and window provide access to the spacious balcony and good ventilation.
