More about the hotel
Below average
The restaurant is overpriced frozen food. The hotel is a construction zone, with broken furniture and building materials lining the hallway. Trash all over the lobby. Very expensive for how bad it is. A 1 star hotel at best.
The worse hotel I have ever stayed in. Next to a nuclear power plant and cement works, they don't tell you this!
Horrendous, I have never seen anything like it, avoid at all costs! My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and the room wasn't cleaned once in the entire time. The bins were emptied and new towels installed but nothing else was done the hotel was practically empty. It is close to the train station and that's the only positive thing I can say about it. Filthy, smelly and a complete waste of money, do not go!
Bedbugs, as previous comments stated
The room looked good and tidy, as pictures show, however, I got bitten by bedbugs all over my body during 1 night stay. As we stayed only 1 night there and did not visit any other hotel, it is clear it must have happened during that night. The hotel itself is located over the restaurant which hosts weddings and other social events. Even though we stayed at 3rd floor, it was quite noisy.
Bed bugs!
Bed bugs! Bed bugs everywhere! Room 311 I was staying in, at first didn’t realise it and thought I’d just been bitten by a flying critter, towards the end of the holiday my pains and rash was spreading to my other arm. Once I had got home, the “rash” had spread up my legs, my feet, my arms and my back. I eventually had to be hospitalised as I was showing signs of septicaemia. Now on a strong course of antibiotics, this is the aftermath, two days being home. I’d seriously be wanting the hotel to be checking everywhere for an infestation, especially as this room 311 has been flagged before for the same issue.
Never again! But if you want to sleep in the middle of a nightclub....
Came with a family with 3 kids. From the beginning it looked fine, despite of dirty room and some issues with bath, but to that time it was impossible to book a family room in Berlin, so we had no other options. It was at the same day a big turkish wedding and we were not informed by the reception about that. This was for the whole night and soo loud, that we couldn't sleep. After politely asking the receptionist to reduce the noise, he cried and was so rude mentioning they can party all night long and nothing would stop them. I have called the police, they came in 40 minutes late in the night at 1:00 am and mentioned that they couldn't interfere, because the hotel is in outskirts of the city and on ly neighbors can complain but eventhough they wouldn't be able to stop the party. So, NEVER again! I strongly don't recommend to stay here.
