Comfort Even During COVID
I arrived at the hotel in the midst of heightened COVID-19 restrictions and expected that some amenities might not be available, but was pleasantly surprised to find that this Comfort Inn has found ways to keep nearly everything open while still being mindful of germs. For example, I was thankful to be able to use the fitness center (occupancy was limited to two, and I just signed out the key from the from desk), and breakfast was still available through the "breakfast ambassador" who handed me my choice of food. And, coffee was always available in the lobby--a big plus for me. Everything was clean and my room was spacious and comfortable. I slept like a rock in the bed and appreciated a shower with water pressure and plenty of room. And, even more importantly, all of the staff I interacted with were courteous and friendly. The next time I need to stay in Bethlehem, I'll plan to stay here.
Nice Hotel
The hotel is near old Bethlehem. A five minute drive to Main Street. It's walking distance to SteelWorks and other attractions which some are closed due to Covid. Our room was clean with a great shower. The staff were very nice. Lemuel (I'm sure it's spelled wrong) was a fantastic host and the manager, Doris took the time speak to us during check out. These people care about the guests. We missed breakfast because it ended at 9 am, so I can't comment about that. Overall, it was a nice visit and we stay here again.
Safe, pleasant stay
Check-in started off wrong because we were assigned a room very far from the elevator . Good thing this nice housekeeper Judith who was cleaning a room close to the elevator said she would be done in a few minutes and David at the front desk was able to accommodate us to that room. Location is perfect for Lehigh University visit. Walking distance to stores and restaurants and also quick drive to historic Bethlehem and Bethlehem Steel. The room is clean and maintained well. The only issue I have is the bed is soft. Overall, good service .
Good Experience!
Booked one night stay as had tickets to event at Wind Creek Casino (formerly Sands). Front desk staff very nice and friendly, room was immaculate and bed very comfortable. Ample parking in lot. Only disappointment was that restaurant on site was closed on Sunday. Read menu in room and food items looked good. Would definitely stay here again.
Excellent Service, Friendly and Attentive!
I work for a company that travels alot, so I deal with hotels for our employees to stay in often. Comfort Inn Suites University is by far one of the best! Staff is always friendly and helpful, they make booking super easy. They go above and beyond for their customers! I have also personally stayed there, and rooms are clean and tidy!
