Its Always a pleasure to be here. Great Hotel. Well kept. Iconic to LA. Cross the street to the Rodeo Drive for world class shopping. The staff is always kind and helpful and you can see the diversity here. Happy to travel and return after the pandemic.

The newly renovated rooms are lovely and a nice upgrade. Amenities remain strong and are among the best in class, especially the spa. Service across the hotel remains strong, but one significant area of challenge is the concierge. Historically, across 30+ plus stays, the concierge was extraordinary. Since the hotel re-staffed following the pandemic the concierge has become essentially useless. This is a real disappointment holding me back from a full five stars.

Three months have passed since I stayed here from Japan due to COVID-19 pandemic. It gave me an excellent hospitality throughout the stay in LA. Only onr thing I was sorry for was the change of amenyty because I love L'OCCITAN.

Something was off!

I was in LA to visit my daughter for a night. I decided we would treat ourselves to some Four Seasons luxury. We are big fans of the Four Seasons! We arrived on Sunday afternoon and upon entering the hotel, we were not greeted with the usual enthusiasm and friendliness we have experienced at other locations. In fact, we stayed at the Four Seasons Los Angeles down the street in November and it was fabulous. Our room, 876, was tired and dreary. When we turned on the bathroom sink, water sprayed all over the counter. We called and they fixed it, but I was surprised the Four Seasons was not more diligent about simple maintenance. Overall, the hotel lacked the welcoming spirit and luxurious feel of a typical Four Seasons.

Amazing Experience

My wife and I, along with our 2 young kids, stayed for Christmas Eve and Christmas night. I can say that this was quite simply the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Before our we began our stay we had an issue which caused the General Manager of the hotel, Mr Humig, to reach out and get involved. His attention to our issue was outstanding as was the duty manager on staff on December 24th and the Guest Experience Manager. Our suite was absolutely stunning with views of DTLA and Beverly Hills. The addition of a Christmas tree was so special and our boys were thrilled. Their fears of Santa not finding us subsided immediately :). The setup of our 1 bedroom suite was perfect for our family. I swear Four Seasons has the most comfortable pull out sofa's in the world! We also had the opportunity to eat at Cut on Christmas Eve as well as The Blvd 3 times. Both restaurants were excellent. My wife said her steak on Christmas Eve was the best she'd ever had. The weather was exceptionally warm on Christmas day so we spent it by the pool. Its a very nice area, great drinks and solid snacks as well. There is no doubt that the Beverly Wilshire is and expensive hotel and there are expectations that come with that. I can certainly say that our expectations were exceeded and we are very happy with the special splurge that was staying at this hotel. I would undoubtedly return and suggest it to anyone who wants a special stay in Los Angeles.
