Hotel staff comprises minor boy.dress looks dirty.staff is cooperating.one is compelled to check genuine ness of star rating.you will be provided menus of nearby hotel to provide /supply in room.toilet is ill maintained with no proper articles.I booked thru MMT who should rethink to engage this hotel..

This is highly overpriced. Don’t get driven by reviews on travel websites/apps. Nothing is good about this hotel except the location that too if lake has water. This is a small hotel with no restaurant and guests have to move out for every meal. The small pantry they have takes half an hour for a cup of coffee. The front desk staff and other people are humble but illiterate and highly unprofessional. They have no association with the tourism and hospitality. An average tourist knows more than them. There are only two flights to & from bhuj but to my surprise rather shock, the front desk staff doesn’t know about flight timings.

Hotel location is very good and centrally located at Bhuj city. But double rooms are very small in size and not properly ventilated. Reception staff's behaviour is very unprofessional. There are few rooms which is having lake view.

The centrally located Shiv Lake is at the banks of Harmirsar Lake. It is situated near the Kutch Museum and in the proximity of Aaina Mahal and Pragmahal Palace. Hotel is at a walkable distance from Bhuj's bus stand. Quite a lot of shops, eateries are in the close vicinity. We booked two Deluxe rooms and stayed here for 4 nights. Rooms and bathrooms were tidy. Housekeeping service was good. Staff were courteous. The transport arranged by the hotel for nearly 4 days was reasonably priced. There is no restaurant attached, though coffee/ tea is served to the rooms.

1. We stayed for 3 nights in the ground floor room. Room is small and compact. 2. The hotel is located is situated next to the lake. From the corridor window one can see the lake. 3. The Kutch Museum, Aina mahal and prag mahal are situated at a walkable distance. 4. Market is also in a walkable distance. 5. The hotel had a lot of flies in the reception area. Not sure of the reason though, but flies were common in entire Bhuj. Atleast all the places we visited.
