pleasant hotel in a quiet area
The hotrl is NOT in the centre of town but a suburban area. But that does make it quiet. You can walk one way about 10 mins to the nearest beach-- it is about 200 steps down (an up again) Good for surfing. And sunsets For restaurants and shops its about a 15 minute walk to the centre. The hotel is in 2 parts- on either side of a road. We were in the more modern part. The rooms were big, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. Nice modern well equipped bathrooms too. We had a large balcony- but disappointing views from it The breakfasts were plentiful and varied - with lots of basque style cakes. Worth having! The staff were friendly and helpful
good location and very quiet place
excellent hotel near beach , and city center i have amazing room with terrace facing the sea with coffee machine the breakfast is good quality with fresh local product the staff is helpful and extremly polite for biarritz is good value for the money
Calm, relax & close to everything
Excellent value for money - room very clean and most probably recently renewed - very good breakfast too - recommended for a stay as it is located in a very quiet area and within walking distance (15-20 min) to the city center. Also very good restaurants in max 500 m from hotel
Nice hotel in good location.
A slightly dated hotel close to seafront and beach. Tiny bedrooms with coffee making facilities. Very small reception area with friendly staff. Clean, functional hotel probably 2 star by USA standards.
Good location
Hotel is located in 2 buildings across the road from each other. Reception is in new building, we stayed in the 'old' but very nicely renovated one. First room was good, however with windows facing street it was extremely noisy. When asked to change the room, we ended up in a 'superior' room in the same building, that had a small terrace but was almost twice as less as original regular room. So don't pay extra for the superior room. Parking was 13 EUR and you need to book it in advance, as they have very small lot and on street parking is not free even on Sundays during the season.
