This aparthotel is located in the centre of Biarritz, a 5-minute walk from the central area where guests can find a large variety of shops, restaurants and bars. Most importantly they will be within 50 metres from the shore and the beautiful promenade. Overlooking the main beach the well-furnished studios and apartments of the hotel are ideal for all the self-catering types. Each is equipped with a kitchenette with vitro-ceramic hobs and a fridge, some even open to balconies with beautiful seaside views. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Beautiful view from the sixth floor directly on the beach. Otherwise the building is a bit worn out but the room was clean, beds comfortable and bathroom big enough. The parking is a bit of a pain as it is quite small and for bigger cars it might be a problem. People at rhe reception were nice enough. Not saying this is the best accommodation but the location and view is exceptionnal.
Great Holiday apartment for longer stay

Don’t come here thinking it is a hotel, because it’s not, these are apartments where you can live but you have to take care of most of the living needs and product yourself. This is a great place if you are planing to stay at least for a week next to the main beach, has a pool and slow WiFi for extra cost. There are 2 laundromats nearby, couple of grocery stores within 10min walk and basically everything else there is in Biarritz within 15min from apartments. Most rooms above 3rd floor has balconies, the street side is rather noisy at night but the ocean side might have strong winds. There is a kettle stove, microwave with oven function, a fridge vacuum cleaner and dishes. But you will need to get everything else on your own. Otherwise recommend the place. The parking is really tight.
Great Location & One Staff Member !

The rest I'm afraid is crap ! I actually blame Hotels.com ( and me) for this folly as it didn't give us enough info & I didn't investigate a bit more !! The location , right on the beach is Sweet ! The staff member, tried his best to help ! The rest you ask ? Straight from my notes : TV, Towels (big & small)10 Euros to Rent, WiFi all extra/plus ! No Balcony, No Air Con, No Toilet Paper, No Cleaning Materials, No Pool, Parking Extra, Musty, Old & Smelly !! We booked a Hotel room we thought but nearly had to mow the Lawn & take out the Garbage ?? Faced the street, noisy all night as the windows had to be open for air ! If above wasn't enough I went exploring and found out the Victoria is interconnected with its neighbouring buildings , one huge big time share conglomerate ! And the ability to escape a fire is highly doubtful in the canyons & foyers of the differing buildings and Fire Safety is one of my jobs !! The best recommendation I can give to all is STAY AWAY !!
Quite cool and not so friendly

Room was quite good but no with sea view as we were promised! The city itself was truly dissappointment! We were coming from Spain where all prices were quite good for us with budget. I would not recommend France at all for poor travelers!
Great location but tired and needs updating.

Arrived at check in to very helpful and pleasant staff. Situated close to an amazing beach. However the property was in need of updating and the room was in need of a real spruce up with the exception of the bathroom which had been recently refurbished. Beds not all comfortable and sunk in the middle. Very basic room and one useful tip is to check the inventory. We discovered a shortage and unless reported within 3 hours of arrival we would have been charged. We had a city side room which was noisy due to outside traffic and residents loud music and shouting which occurred into the small hours.
