1st Class Exceptional Treatment
We took our annual guys trip to Big Sky this year, and had a great time with accommodations and the skiing. Unfortunately, I received news that my 7 y/o daughter was suddenly rushed to Children’s Hospital back in RI and admitted to ICU; in trying to secure shuttle transportation 1 day earlier than planned, all shuttles were limited and completely booked up until late morning. The Bell Staff at the Summit Hotel, more specifically Jack (& his co-worker this Fri morn) we’re aware of my situation, and went completely out of their way to help me, & offered to drive me to airport themselves, nearly bringing tears to my eyes. It is rare nowadays to find service of this caliber, not to mention finding 2 employees that deserve the best Boyne can give them. The Summit Hotel & Big Sky Resort should be proud to have employees that care so much, & in my opinion should respect and honor the great deed they did for myself and my daughter back home. The Villages Ski Club
Upon arrival for our ski adventure, I realized I had not packed my prescription medication, so I made arrangements with the local pharmacy (a 2 1/2 round trip drive. On 1/17 The staff at the reception immediately jumped in with solutions. One girl went as far as offering to drive herself and pick it up. Another staff member picked it up on his way into work the following day. Now that’s what I call great service. Keep it up kids!
New Year Vacation 2020
We have had the best experience of any family vacation. Sam, Colleen, and Roslyn are phenomenal. They went out of their way to help get us a room change. We will definitely be back. The bell staff are extremely helpful as well. The location can’t be beat.
Ski vacation
We travel a bunch and this was by far the best service we have ever received! Ski valet is the way to go! The front desk was exceptional. The hot pool overlooking the slopes. We are looking forward to next year!
First Class and Amazing!
We were apparently some of the first guest in December 2020 after a renovation AND it was early season so there were most likely plenty of new Staff to train coming off of the spring shutdown due to the pandemic. One wouldn't know it however by their curtesy and professionalism. From the moment you drive up, the bellmen great you and take over. While I've been enjoying the Summit's restaurants for years, this was the first time I stayed there. We had a two room suite which was well laid out and had awesome views of both the mountain and the village.
