We stayed here to break journey from Jaiselmer to Delhi. The hotel is very clean and tidy- maintains clean laundry,clean bathroom They take care of all small things.. Food is also very tasty. Recommended for stay in bikaner

Hotel located in good location, hotel staff is very co-operative, food in restaurant was very tasty. I thanks all hotel staff members for their services and co-operations. If I will do visit in future in Bikaner surely I will go to this hotel again and again.

Long Journey, Overnight budget stay.

HOTEL Heeralal ( JNV Colony, Bikaner) I was expecting much from the budget stay required for overnight rest enroute our journey from Delhi to Jaisalmer. They were good given 5 ⭐ as they proved me wrong, went beyond my expectations and were highlights of the trip. What to expect? It's a budget hotel in a small city Bikaner, so don't expect much. ENTRANCE : One has to climb 4-5 steps ( hindrance to some) to acess reception. Check in smooth. To reach rooms Elevator is available. Rooms : Rooms are huge by any standards. Available with most of standard amenities, also provided on demand if not available. Best part being budget hygeine was superb from rooms, bed , toilet and glasses kept room were covered. (Lobbies can be busy at times, being budget hotel u can expect that . We weren't bothered much.) Breakfast: Breakfast was included in room stay which was supposed to be availed in restaurant. Options were very limited in Vegetarian Parataha, Poha or Bread toast and Non veg only Omlette or boiled egg. ( They consider hotel vegetarian only.) With Tea/Coffee. Food Taste : Breakfast food taste vary between Ok and good. In room Dinner was superb. Staff : Behaviour generally very good, mostly helpful. Must mention Mr Deepak from room dining/restaurant was superb par excellence. He was awesome in handling request and fulfilling the same. Must try : Sweet shop by same name on ground floor. Offer excellent quality of different varieties. Buy to your taste. ( Bikaner is known for Sweets and Namkeen and have numerous shops all over India with the city name ) Suggestions for hotel : 1) Make a Ramp or some other arrangement to make reception more accessible to all. 2) Just keep up the good work and reward staff like Deepak. Thanks.

Clean Comfortable Stay

Stayed for 2 days in this property. The room was spacious with all amenities like geyser, heater, AC, kettle etc. Cleanliness was up to the mark and service was good. Food is also good as they have a restaurant as well. Book directly through the hotel for Better rates.
