This hotel was a fantastic one to stay at. The staff were incredible, the rooms were very clean, great location, plenty of parking and quiet. It was everything I expected with a Marriott property and would stay here again.

Very impressed with this hotel (it is beautiful) and very impressed with the staff. After having a mini stroke in May my ears are still not able to handle the pressure of an elevator. The rooms were only available on the 5th floor (a hassle when you are not able to take the elevator) and the pool was closed (and of course this didn’t pop up on the Priceline site when booking). The staff tried so hard to accommodate. They were patient and very friendly despite my obvious dismay and these hiccups. They even offered to refund us our nonrefundable two night stay so we could find a property that would be a better fit. What hotel does that…none of them! We are definitely going to be coming back to this hotel AFTER covid when the 2nd floor rooms will be plentiful again and the amenities back on. Thank you for understanding and being so patient and accommodating. Blessings!

They are clearly cutting costs. Housekeeping is bad. We were told it would require a 24 hour notice for housekeeping. Bathroom floors in our room are dirty. We cleaned them when I got here. It would have been nice to have hand towel and bath towels without asking for them. Often no one at front desk. Puke in front of the front entrance on our second day. The grab and go breakfast is more expense. Go else where.

My wife and I stayed here for a week. Upon check in, our room was spotless. Paul Mitchell toiletries are available in the shower, which was nice. We upgraded internet for streaming but couldn’t get out Roku stick to connect (we like to steam tv instead of use cable before bed). The issue was quickly resolved by tech support and everything worked perfectly with it the remainder of the stay. The linens were soft and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

they charge for nothing

I've never written a bad review before, but this time I'll write. I am not very happy with this hotel, be careful, they are charging after your departure for nothing. I received a charge that I and my husband was smoking in the room, they said that we stayed after the checkout and smoked. It is impossible to believe it, my husband and me did not smoke and don’t smoke at all !!!! Yesterday I called to the front desk to find out what was going on, they were very rude and told me call to the manager, who was no longer there, but still one of the employees managed to talk. I asked him how I could be in the room if I had a flight to Chicago at 6:30 am, my husband took me to the airport at 4 am, I said I could show them this flight confirmation, and my husband made a checkout at 10 am. Then I asked why they were talking to us without evidence, I asked to see the camera recordings that are in the hotel when my husband left the hotel, as well as the recordings of the parking cameras when he got in the car and left, I also told them what car we had . Then they said maybe it was someone else smoking in the room. Really??? Deal with your own and employees. Yesterday they apologized and returned the money. Today I checked the card, and they charged me again. It is impossible to believe it !!!! I called them and I managed to talk to the manager, after which he said that they would return the money. Why should I spend my time and find out with them for two days ???? I got stressed on being told slander, what kind of custom service is there ??? I want to call the main office of Courtyard by Marriott can they explain to me what's going on ???? I will never take with this hotel again!!!
