The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. That being said this hotel need a lot work. It is very dirty. We heckled in on a Wednesday. Had to move room 3 times before finding a room with working air conditioning. The room we ended up in was not anywhere near like the room we reserved it was a downgrade. We were charged for our original reservation. We asked to speak to the manager on Wednesday evening, Thursday morning and Friday morning and there was never a manager on duty. We have to call to complain and request a refund. In reading other reviews, I feel like nothing will happen. In our final room the was no hair dryer, the smoke detector was covered with a bag and the room was very run down and smelled. The whole hotel was dirty the have no vacuumed the stairs in a long time. We were there with 4 other people, they all had issues with their rooms. One of our companions summed it up well. This hotel is depressing. Please skip this hotel until they make some changes as it is not a healthy or safe hotel.
Hotel was filthy! We left and they still charged us! DON'T STAY HERE!

We stayed at this hotel for a whole 20 minutes and had to leave it was that bad. The sheets were stained and dirty, the carpet wasn't vacuumed, the air conditioner didn't work and was covered in dust, the room smelled, and the bathroom had small black spots on the floor of what I can only assume was poop! We asked to change rooms, but it wasn't much better, so decided to leave and go to the Hilton. But they still charged my boyfriend's credit card and the manager refuses to talk to us!!! We have been trying for weeks to get a refund!!! My advice: pay a bit more, stay at the Hilton and save yourself this headache!

We were first given a room that the water did not work in. Then our second room was just as bad. Dirty carpets, awful odor, overall disgusting. My husband cleaned the a/c filter which was caked with crude hoping the room would smell a little better. Should have left but it was after dark and we don't do well driving at night. Checked the sheets and they were clean so slept and realized the next morning, no hot water. Left Early. Complained to the desk clerk which she has not control over. Called back for management and after 3 calls was told we could have a 30% discount. Still hasn't happened.
Made a bad choice

What the heck is with hotel prices? Who pays $240 to stay at a Holiday Inn? So we stayed at the EconoLodge for $149. There was trash laying by the exterior door as well as in the room. The carpet, paint and bathroom fixtures are disappointing. Very unimpressed
Dump and then some

The friendly check-in gal was the only positive thing about this motel. Where to begin?? The outside door would not unlock; you needed to go through the inside. The carpet in the hall had huge filthy dirt spots. In the room, NOTHING was plugged in - not the coffeepot, microwave, refrigerator, lamps, tv. The telephone was sitting on the bedside table with no plugs in. Nice table top knick-knack. When I went to plug in the tv and frig, there were "octupus" plug-ins that were covered in dust. I felt very unsafe trying to plug them in. There was no remote for the tv. I went to the front desk multiple times for them to help me and the gal could not leave because she was busy checking in others and could not leave the lobby. I can't believe that the Choice Program has this motel in it's list of options. Horrible, horrible. Left after an hour and can't reach the manager for a refund. Choice cannot give a refund and they have been unable to reach the manager also. Maybe there's a reason.
