Although at airport experience to and from plane was horrible, the trip was great once we made it to Beau Rivage. The host was awesome, check in was great they were ready and waiting for our late arrival flight. Thank you Beau for excellent service!

My wife and I took junket with Caesar entertainment may 11,2022 to may 14,2022 to Harrah's located Biloxi,Ms the trip became disaster upon arrival at Harrah's. They had no valet parking which caused us walk over 100 yards,out handicap room was another long walk my wife oxygen saturation level dropped to mid sixties very dangerous,I went to the front desk and was told they would change the room to near elevator they did, but still not acceptable not handicap room,I then returned to the front desk and to barrow or rent a wheelchair, was told could rent a motorized scooter which she could not drive. Harrah's employees were extremely rude including the manager on duty we left and went merit health a general hospital ER after being in the ER 4 hours she was admitted were she remained till Saturday at 1:00pm she returned to Cleveland ohio we refused to return to Harrah's except to pick up our luggage. I phoned MGM Beau Rivage explained our problem they had everything Harrah's did not and invited us to stay with them at MGM expense what difference and act of kindness I could not believe.we are not big gamblers only $500 dollars with us the 4 days. They simply helped people who needed help !

Most Vegas like hotel and casino on the Gulf Coast. Nice rooms that are clean with a good selection of restaurants. We really enjoy the High Limit Lounge as well as the large assortment of slots on the casino floor. Excellent Casino Hostess if you experience a problem. The 24 hour restaurant in the lobby area is really good. Highly recommend the chicken and waffle and blackened chicken ceasar.

The Beau Rivage, although always a beautiful place to stay, has been remodeling the rooms. We had the pleasure of staying in one of the remodeled rooms and the new decor is delightful. We highly recommend this resort/casino.

Hotel and Casino very clean. Were eager to help when needed. I would go again and recommend it to family and friends. Restaurants did not disappoint. Pool was beautiful and even though smoking was allowed the casino had great ventilation.
