Quality Inn Biloxi Beach

I was so nervous about our reservation based off the many negative reviews that I almost cancelled. I was shocked when we arrived and saw the beautiful lobby and check in was a breeze. Our king bed room was right next to the inviting pool. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and bathroom was clean. Laminate flooring was attractive and clean. Quiet, pleasant stay so don't believe those negative reviews. Great value and great location!

Priced a room online and received a $85 rate. Did not book online; walked in to book and received a $99 rate. Front desk personnel was not at all interested in explaining that there was a 20% off special when booking online. Was very abrupt simply advising that the rate I was asking for was wrong. We did this because previously we contacted the hotel and received a better rate in person than we found online. Consistency would be nice! We left the hotel got on the computer and booked the room at the $85 rate then returned. Desk clerk stated, "Oh, you booked online with the 20% off discount." You, know, you could have advised me of the online discount in the first place. Upon arriving at room 545 it had a vague urine smell. The bathroom vanity light also did not work properly making shaving, doing hair and make up impossible. We understand the grab and go breakfast due to the health risk right now but when we stayed here about a month ago there were muffins and danishes. This time they had clearly just gone to the grocery store and purchased boxes of honey buns to set out. SO disappointed, this was one of our favorite places to stay. Never again.

Pros: affordable, literally across the street from the beach, big pool with lots of families having fun, nice sized room, bed was comfortable Cons: room smelled like an old smoky casino, first night we showered my daughters towel literally smelled like human feces. She had to re shower and thankfully we had our own clean beach towels to use for the rest of the stay, knowing we were on the first floor of a motel I bought roach traps - second night woke up to a dead roach next to the bed. Decision: next time I’d spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

This is not a hotel - it is a motel.... It is not fully renovated. Slapping some new flooring down is not a renovation. The bathroom was straight out of 1980. The floors were dirty and there was hair in one of the beds. Speaking of the bed - a double room gives you two oversized twin beds. Hardly big enough for a couple to sleep in one. People outside their rooms all hours of the night and morning smoking, talking, and laughing. Someone with loud heals marching across the corridors at 2 am. People locking up their cars with the horn sounding at all hours means you’re not gonna sleep. At all. This place is dated and it shows. Pictures online are very deceiving. Would not stay here again. Ever.

We stayed from October 29 until December 21 on business. Very nice people. Great location. Across from the beach, close to Edgewater mall, on the bus line and walking distance to Beauvoir. I can’t say enough nice things about the staff. Pearl, Son, Ethan, Vince & Angela are always ready to help. The maid & maintenance staff are great. Sharda was amazing in maintaining and helping out people at the breakfast in the morning. I’d give them more stars but you can only give 5! We will be returning next time on a real vacation!!!
