Wouldn't recommend staying here at all

My husband and I stayed her for 1 night and absolutely regretted it. The only good thing about this place was their view. While the rooms looked adequate for a 5 star hotel, I can absolutely assure you, it is NOT up to 5-star hotel standard. 1- Reception never answers. And when I say never, I really mean it. We had an issue with our room and called so many times. In the end we used our personal Morrocon line to call a mobile number on their website just to be able to reach someone. 2- What was our issue? The AC did not work. Imagine a hot summer in July and no proper AC. By the time we were able to reach someone to make a complaint. It took around 10 phone calls to finally change our room and when they finally did, they down graded our room to their old hotel facility. Fun fact, the AC STILL didn't work and we couldn't sleep all night. 3- Not only were we downgraded, we didn't receive any compensation. 4- When we got a hold of someone, they kept giving me false information for when our room would be ready (every new phone call was just 5 more minutes) and at some point they told me "they were really busy". When I offered to move my own luggage and take care of the room myself they finally sped up. 5- Their lunch/dinner was very mediocre. 6- I have to admit their breakfast was not bad though and they set up fun Eid festivities. But all in all, we were in Morocco for 10 days and staying here was our worst experience.
Great hotel in great location.

First trip post pandemic, we arrived to our favorite hotel of all where we were welcomed by some of the nicest people we have ever encountered while traveling. The resort is set on one of the most beautiful lakes and, best of all, we literally had the entire lake to ourselves. We rented some time on jet skis, and we were the only ones out on the water - talk about luxury! The resort staff left us feeling like movie stars, shout out to Mrs. Bouchra from the reservation department for for being kind and very responsive!!
Discover a wonderful place

We've been extremely pleased to spend a few days in widian. The kindness of the stuff and the wonderful views on the river are just gorgeous. As a professional in tourism in Morocco, I do strangely recommend.. Keep the good job you're doing.👍🏼

Beautiful hotel with a stunning location but inexistent service, totally inefficient and unworthy of a 5 star hotel (at least pricewise). When we arrived for lunch at 1 pm, nothing was ready, and we had to wait for 1h1/2 to get a club sandwich and a lukewarm bottle of water. For dinner, tablecloths were wrinkled, and the food served (at last!) didn't match our orders, because they had run out of ingredients. The pool showers didn't work, no towels before 30min after asking for them. No spa (in spite of name), no massage available. The staff is smiling and friendly but perfectly inefficient. What a pity for such a beautiful place!
