What can I say, this hotel exerts my expectation. It is spacious, clean, very hospitable and value for money. Our family arrive quite late to the hotel after after having our dinner. To be welcome so warmly after a tiring day of travelling is indeed a plus. Check in was fast and non hassle. Room was seriously big and the warm pressurized shower was amazing. If I had 1 complain it would be the bed is a bit hard for my liking but that would be it. Breakfast was also good, quite surprise that they even provide premium grade sausages. Not those thin ones. Kuddos! Paddy Cafe House,please keep it up. I will definely recommend for anyone to stay here and we will definitely make this hotel our go to should we be in Bintulu.

Room is clean, staff are helpful and friendly, internet is good (sometimes signal lost). The suite room doesnt face the South China Sea, lightings are a liitle poor especially at nite. Food quality so-so (more towards good). Security, I would prefer the lift to be card access again..! They have remove is security system. The best place to be quarantine in Borneo, if the internet speed is faster.. I think I dont mind sitting in the room more than 14 days.

I’ve just spent the past 16 days at this hotel. The people are very polite and kind. The room was extremely clean. The food (room service) was really good. Incase you are in a hurry best to order in advance. For me I was under quarantine , so no issue with timing . There is some renovation work going on , but it did not disturb my sleep in anyway.

The hotel located in the city center. Hotel attached to the Parkcity Mall. The place is really convenient because it is very near to shop lot. If you want to buy souvenirs, there a few shop that sell local Sarawak souvenir like kek lapis and kain batik inside the mall. The room is so spacious furnished and equipped with modern furniture. i love the shower big shower head and also the bathroom toiletries are suitable for a business traveler. For Muslim, they provide praying mat and also 'kain sarung' for praying. Iron, safety box is also provided in the room. the nice thing was, the hotel provide welcoming fruits in the room when i checked into the hotel. This is my first time having fresh fruits in the room. the mini bar was available, coffee tea and also kettle. There was also can drinks provided, but i am not sure whether it is free or chargeable if you drink it. The highlight of the hotel i think it is the cafe. I went there for breakfast, a lot of choice to choose from, but the best was the view from the cafe. It was so beautiful looking at the sea when you are having breakfast. Overall my stay in this hotel is awesome and a am looking forward to come to this hotel again.

Frankly speaking, I never had any stay in this hotel room.However, I attended several company meeting in this hotel. The meeting room is very peaceful one. Very cozy and quiet. The air conditioning is wowwww...cold.
