Very accommodative thoughtful hotel

Stayed in the suite room for two nights and the trip is for work purpose. Its during the Chinese New Year peak season. The hotel restaurant is fully booked. Made a request for room service of a simple soup and rice. The hotel manager was quick to arrange. The simple Chinese New Year room dining meal is superb. Thank you NU Hotel for being so accommodative.

I really hate to say this, whenever I called to book a room, I seen that very hard for the workers to picking up the phone. I don't know why... The line always busy.. you should have a proper communication for your guest. Not everyone like to book via website and walk in. For me the fastest way is phone call. Overall is okay. Please upgrade your service. Thank you.

I was quite sceptical initially because talking about location, not that strategic. Needs to take Grab to go the Spring Shopping Mall. However, I was surprised. The room was quite cosy. I had good night sleep with the considerably comfortable bedding & pillows. Bring your own toiletries. The hotel is quite generous with the coffee, tea sachets & drinking waters. I think the best part is the breakfast buffet spread. It took me by surprise. Considerably generous choices.

If you happen in BINTULU, you should and should try this food stall serving the Home Made Fresh Fish Fen-Kan-Dan. A Mee Fung cooked with soup and red wine. A disk that you must eat. This will really bring your day!!

Drop by this hotel to checkout the place as it is situated strategically and convenience.Was surprised with the receptionist here,not that friendly.They spoke minimal.Hope that they improve in welcoming guests or future guests.
