Apart for the fact that the hotel is literally located on a highway with high traffic with extremely loud noise, the overall property is very dirty and not what you can expect for a Sheraton hotel . Although we stayed for 9 days, the hotel does not provide housekeeping unless you ask for it - and even if you ask for it there is a good chance you room will not be cleaned. The rooms are dirty, hair, stains on carpet and dust everywhere. Corridors are filthy too! As rooms don’t get cleaned, guests put their trash in the corridor and it usually stays there for 3 days. Staff is unfriendly and has no idea about customer service . There are no bars or restaurants at the hotel. Not even a possibility to have breakfast. The hotel charges 200 dollars a night. You probably get cleaner rooms and better service at a youth hostel.

No restaurant. no food , not even a bar = wtf. Rooms are ok and clean but this just isn't a Sheraton. Even the valet told me I should have stayed at the Westin around the corner when I complained. Suggest you take his tip.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES STAY AT THIS PROPERTY EVEN IF THE ENTIRE CITY OF BIRMINGHAM IS ON FIRE AND THE SHERATON HAS THE ONLY WATER FOR 100 MILES. The WORST hotel experience I've ever had. FOUR STAR PRICES WITH TRAILER PARK AMENITIES. At least a trailer park sometimes has a pop machine. I would write more but just thinking about my experience on Saturday makes my blood pressure go up. Don't even get me started about the room.

This hotel missed the mark in every way. I reserved a king room and applied a Suite Night Award upgrade (confirmed day prior to arrival), and confirmed early check-in ahead of arrival. Upon 1 p.m. arrival they said room would be ready at 3 p.m. (again, said it would be a suite). At 3 p.m., they said someone was still in the room. By 3:30, they said the only room available was a room with two full beds that opened up to the lobby. So no early check-in, no king room I reserved, no suite upgrade that was confirmed (and deduced from my account). Further, concierge lounge is now a storage room. Room keys also did not work after returning from a wedding. Yep, this is what TITANIUM ELITE status gets you at this hotel.

Never, ever again. This Sheraton is simply a facade for one bad experience after another. Never more than one person at the desk. No housekeeping over a three day stay which also meant no coffee in the room after day one. Our room was literally right on a major freeway. Sheets didn't fit the bed. Valet parking existed but a total mess. Self park nothing short of a nightmare with the longest walk from car to room I've ever experienced at a hotel. Then....our parking pass NEVER worked. A major hassle the entire time. No drinking glasses in the room and on and on it goes. Called Guest Services everyday with no answer any time. Don't waste your time and money on this place.
