Booked for just one night. Nice warm friendly welcome but a little bit disappointed with the room. It was very small to the point of chlostraphobic double bed barely squeezed in . Bathroom was very cold with no form of heating in it . On the plus side the bed was very comfortable. Is what it is cheap and cheerful but didnt particularly enjoy our stay

Had a lovely 2 night stay with Dale and Ian in Jan and was very pleasantly surprised. This is hands down the cleanest B&Bi have stayed in in Blackpool. I stayed in room 1, single room, small but perfectly adequate. The bed was ridiculously comfortable and I slept well. The shower took a good while to come warm and needed some adjustment to get to the right temp, but there was information advising me of this. Dale and ian are super hosts and couldn’t do enough for you. Shame it didn’t have a licence as a little tipple in the lounge area would have been lovely. Great value for money and for me a super location.

The proprietors Ian and Dale were very hospitable, my wife and I stayed in room number 4 for three nights, which was not the largest of rooms but very clean. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable that I have ever encountered in any B&B! One suggestion however; it would be prudent to take a plug board with you for your phone chargers etc, as there was only one accessible twin mains socket. The English breakfast was second to none, with nothing to cater for too much trouble by the lads. Dale is very much into theatre arts, and when we saw his personalised show bills on display, we knew we were among friends! Also it's worth mentioning that this hotel is a mere 8 minutes walk from Blackpool North station.
