Birch Villa

The owners of this lovely bed & breakfast are so welcoming and it felt like nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfy & clean, breakfast was great quality & filling and the suggestions of shows we could go and see were fab! It was the icing on the cake (perhaps we were just lucky)that we managed to get a parking space right outside too. We will be back again!!

We have just returned home from a little two night stay at this b&b. We checked in and met Karen and Paul who are lovely and very welcoming, We had the standard double room which had all what we needed including tea and coffee facilities and an en-suite. Very central location to everything, We were able to come back and grab a drink from the bar (before 10pm due to restrictions) which was lovely. Heating on in room which was great considering the cold evening walking about. Breakfast was included, wow it was brill. Enough to set you up until the evening complete with hot drinks,juice and toast. Cereal was available too. Paul and Karen would always stop for at Little chat even if busy and if you needed anything extra, nothing was too much trouble. COVID guidelines followed to the letter which was also great to see as we didn’t need to worry whilst there. Great little stay and we can’t wait to make this b&b our yearly staycation venue! Keep up the good work, you made us feel extremely welcome and we have had a fantastic weekend in Blackpool which was in part down to the warmth and great hospitality from our stay here.

after originally having to cancel our stay in august due to illness, which, Karen refused to take payment for even tho it was a last min cancellation (how amazing) we rebooked for september. karen and paul couldnt of been more friendly and welcoming!! we were greeted on first name terms as karen had kept in touch to see how my child was doing 🥰 helped with parking carrying our bags nothing was too much trouble. room was immaculate and cosy. breakfast was beautiful and again nothing was too much even getting ‘green’ milk for us as they use blue. can safely say i will never stay anywhere else.

Me and my partner stayed here for a week, meeting my family who were already staying here. My family told me how amazing this place was and honestly it was Beyond expectation, Karen and Paul are the most loveliest and friendliest hosts I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, they were honestly so welcoming and made us feel at home as soon as we walked through the door! Me and partner are a young couple (in our mid twenties) and this was very appealing place even for younger people, the bar was well stocked and was so reasonable priced, this lovely B&B is also the perfect location as well so close to everything you want to experience and the tram station is only a few minutes walk away, not even that! The bedroom was also so clean and had plenty of storage space for all our clothes, shower was lovely! The breakfast was also amazing! And you can change what you want each day if you wanted to, hot food, Fresh food! Better breakfast than you would find in a cafe. With what’s been going on with the world recently we felt very taken care off and knew everything was cleaned and wiped down, we felt safe the whole week we were there... I have never thought about going to Blackpool but I have to say after the visit with them I will most definitely be back next year 😊 Karen and Paul you should be so proud of yourselves you have such a lovely B&B, but you guys are what makes the experience that much more better 😊

What a lovely hotel so near to the promenade gorgeous sun lounge and beautifully decorated warm welcoming and utterly immaculate We felt taken care of and would definitely recommend as it is in a great position for all the seaside attractions
