Had a lovely 5 night stay. Very good value for money. The light breakfast was perfect and the cook breakfast looked ridiculously good value. Very welcoming owners who made sure we had all that we needed.

Another relaxing stay at Grampian House, always a warm welcome on arrival. I had room 5, at the front of the house. Stayed for four nights, with English breakfast, and I was only charged £110.00, which I thought was a great deal. The room was a single, but had a comfy 3/4 bed, the room was en suite, and spotless, small TV, plenty of hot drinks available. I paid £2.00 per day for breakfast, which was very nice, fresh orange, coffee, toast, and the breakfast. Sleep quality is very good, and the other guests are always considerate, and no slamming doors, and music, etc. I look forward to my next visit.

Having had a bad experience in a different guest house I was very nervous but they made it very easy for us made us feel very comfortable excellent people who bent over backwards for us nothing was to much trouble for both of them definitely go there again next year. What can i say we were met on arrival at the hotel by Richard what an exceptional man and host made us feel very welcome the rooms are very clean and comfortable with all bedding and towels supplied nothing was too much trouble for him and his partner made our break away even better Breakfast was very nice and once again bent over backwards giving us extras on our breakfast when one of our party asked thank you so much David Elaine Arthur and Maureen

Clean, very lovely owners that will do anything to help, and bend over backwards to make your stay a very pleasant and nice stay. They even provided me with a mini fridge. Such fantastic value for money, ill 100% be returning here... currently staying in Room 2. Thankyou guys :)
