El servicio de limpieza de habitaciones muy malo Primer día no hicieron las camas segundo día hicieron las camas pero sin estirar sábanas ni nada No aspiran la habitación Despues de protestar , al 4 día aspiraron. No recomiendo en absoluto este hotel para españoles

This has to be one of the worst hotels in Blackpool. Lucky enough we only booked for one evening and that was enough. No hot water in the taps or shower. Place was dirty and like a scene from the 70s. The owner likes to follow up with smart replies knowing you cannot reply on booking.com. But it scores speaks volumes on all forums. We come to Blackpool almost every weekend and this has been the worst place we have ever stayed in. The advert has been changed now, but they did advertise free parking but no such thing, nearest one is £19 for 24hrs. If you want a decent stay don’t stay here and read all the other views.

After booking, i had to call them to ask about some details, but despite the voicemail left, nobody called us back. Besides that, some points to mention are below: good location the poor cleanness of the toilet the cigarette smell on the corridors the wifi signal is very poor on the bedroom not having breakfast available no car park

Worst hotel ever !!!

This place was so bad we actually left without staying 1 night. Blood on the bedsheets and the floor, curtains that didn’t shut which meant the guy in the next door hotel sat watching our child !!!!! Filthy shower, collapsing wardrobe and it smelt … the list goes on and on. After being promised 2 bedsheets to cover the windows and clean bedding for me to put on the bed which never arrived and after complaining multiple times we decided that we couldn’t sleep in that room and left. Emailed the hotel and have heard nothing in reply £160 for 2 nights …. Not worth a single penny !!! Absolutely disgusting 🤢

This hotel is awful. Dirty beds Broken bathroom taps. TV did not work I have stayed in 3 hotels in Blackpool, I will never book this one again, old dated, 30 pounds for a large dog. ( that's a big joke) Cold water. Awful. Don't bother. Plenty of better places for same price. And only 5 pounds for a dog. Staff are brilliant.
