Total Shock.. Bad customer service
well!! Where do i start. Myself and my wife only got married 1 WEEK BEFORE coming here. Was told on phone that it would be £55 for both of us. Then on arrival a young man booked us in. And said TWICE that it would be special deal £50!. I even said are you sure and paid that amount. FOUND OUT LATER THE women owner Then said it Was a mistake.. And and asked for THE £5!... So i paid it to keep THE peace!. Then LATER on evening told us off for talking too loud at 6pm!!. Normal talking... Then... Next day ACCUSED US OF SMOKING IN ROOM WHICH WE DID not and said it Was weed!! Not true as both of us went outside when WE needed a cigarette!... THIS IS DISGRACEFUL that THIS could happen. WE hoped for a relaxing xouple of days. The WOMEN OWNER WAS CHEEKY AND ABRUT AND RUDE. THE MAN OWBER WAS POLITE AND FREINDLY AND GREAT... Shame THE women spoilt our stay!! it is a shame as The hotel and accomodation Was good. IT made us feel UNCOMFORABLE!. Well not be going avain.. Told So many people now who go to blackpool alot. avoid.. Oh and she even questioned WHY WE BOUGHT 2 NEW PILLOWS FOR OUR HOME FROM SHOP... Cheekyand rude
Family Half Term Holiday
A very warm and welcoming stay provided by warm and welcoming owners, nothing seemed to be impossible to do, an excellent full English Breakfast cooked to order with extras also available, my 8 year old Grandaughter enjoyed her pancakes for breakfast, on arrival you are asked what time you would like breakfast. We stayed in room 6 (Double) and Room 4 ( Family room (2 adults 2 Children)). Both rooms were comfortable and clean. Family room was very spacious the bonus being our Grandchildren had proper beds not bunks. Although we didn't spend a lot of time in our rooms as we were out and about all day and most evenings with such a lot to do and see. An enjoyable and friendly stay with no qualms about staying there again. Thank you Milhay and Olga
Good value for money
Great friendly hosts, good location, good breakfast. Rooms are dated but clean. Showers are typically English (1mm to one side freezing and 1mm to the other boiling). Good lounge. Kids loved the Wii and pool table. I loved the Guiness 'surger' machine and we got our welcome glass of wine :-)
Absolutely lovely
Stayed here 28th September with the family in room 4, family room, nice and light, big enough despite 4 beds and a sofa, we weren't on top of each other, best thing for me though was it was meticulously clean! Close enough to the seafront to walk everywhere but set back enough to be quiet, breakfast was very good and the owners were brilliant and really friendly, happily kept the bar open until we decided to call it a day. Will definitely return
Great B&B
We stayed in room 5 which is a family room. Decent size, clean & comfy beds! Hosts are welcoming & friendly, they go out of their way to ensure your stay is the best it can be. Breakfast was lovely and they catered for our fussy 7 year old! 1 negative was our room was cold on the night but it wouldn’t put me off staying again. Nicest B&B I’ve stayed in at Blackpool!
