Outstanding boutique hotel with incredible service
One of the best hotels we ever visited. Easy to reach with Uber. Friendly, competent English speaking reception. Beautifully designed hotel with a personal touch. Staff is extremely friendly. Nice view from the balcony overlooking the valley. The little restaurant offers local dishes, takes care of any dietary needs and satisfies highest culinary expectations. It's a great starting point to explore the rich history of German immigrants with neighboring city Pomerode. To report their outstanding service, let me tell you what happened, when I accidentally left my important medication behind in the refrigerator. They informed us, but we were already boarding a plane to GRU. The managed to get the medical supplies to me next day in Sao Paulo by finding some one who flew the same route. Highly recommended, 6 Stars, we certainly come back And in October..OKTOBERFEST
Just Wow!
Everything about this hotel was perfect! From check-in to check-out they treated us like royalty. They even suprised us with a personal touch in our room. The check in was easy, plenty of parking, and CLEAN! The staff was very attentive and most even spoke English. The food and service was excellent! Upon check-out they even tried very hard to help locate our credit card that we lost somewhere in Vila Germanica. This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. A perfect stay and great for couples!

Eu e minha família passamos a Páscoa no hotel Villa do Vale. Foi escolhido justamente pelo seu charme e por ser pequeno, tentando assim minimizar o perigo do Covid. O atendimento é impecável do começo ao fim. Todos os funcionários são extremamente solícitos e em poucas horas já nos atendiam pelo nome. Mimos e surpresas foram encantadoras. A comida é muito boa também. Decoração e conforto em todos os ambientes. Só não dou nota mil, pq levei a minha filha de 6 anos, sabendo ser um hotel com poucos atrativos para criança, mas que como constava no pacote de Páscoa, teriam algumas recreações e atividades destinada especificamente para as crianças. Entretanto, foi nos informado (após termos perguntado sobre as atividades) que a pessoa responsável não estava se sentindo bem e acharam melhor que ela não viesse atender as crianças. Entendo e concordo com a atitude tomada pelo hotel, mas acredito que deveriam ter um plano B nesses casos e deveriam ter tentado fazer algo para as crianças. Foi muito decepcionante para minha filha e as outras poucas crianças hospedadas, não terem tido as atividades esperadas. De qualquer forma, pretendo voltar em breve ao hotel.

Atendimento irretocável, local lindamente decorado, super charmoso! Quartos de bom tamanho, com ofurô na varanda, muito limpos e bonitos. Atenção aos mínimos detalhes! Mimos e surpresas que encantam! Café da manhã espetacular!!!!!! Recomendo!
