A great hotel in a big little town
My wife and I decided to stay here on our way to Chicago and this was a great stopover. The hotel is in Blytheville, which isn’t a big city, but there’s more than enough things for your convenience. We got a much better rate online than we would have by calling the hotel directly. Stephanie and Niki are excellent. Both are friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. One of our only issues was that Beth didn’t even budge to give us a better rate when we called. Most hotels knock the price down at least a few dollars. She had no interest in changing a thing. I thought she might do something since I told her I had diamond loyalty, but nope. I don’t think she’s a bad person or anything, but make us want to stay. Give us a better rate and try to work with us. The only other issue was that the AC in our first room wasn’t working well. We had to switch rooms. The second room was much better and we were satisfied for the remainder of our stay. The hotel is easily accessible from I-55 at Exit 67. We would definitely stay here again
Clean, comfortable
This is an older property that has been well-maintained and updated. The lobby provided sanitizers and attempted to have guests socially distance with floor indicators. Granted, guests did not wear masks except for us but the attempt was made. The room was very clean. There were signs indicating the extra cleaning process the staff went through for each room and there was a seal on the door indicating that ours had been sanitized. As we have been traveling, hotels seem to be adding extra steps and assuring guests of their cleaning processes. During this Covid time Hamptons have been good about offering a bagged breakfast with muffins, fruit, granola bars and water. This Hampton actually offered a hot breakfast to go option with items from which to choose. It was a very positive and nice stay.
Good stay
Clerk was polite and checked us in quickly. Room was very clean and bed/pillows super comfy. Only had a shower, but it was big. The shower headwas way too high for me(I am 5’4”). Towels and washcloths were bright white and soft and fluffy. Room was very quiet. Had breakfast to go. Highly recommend.
Great Location
This hotel is in a small area off the interstate, however, it is a great place to stay and get a great night rest. The front desk and staff was very professional and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and functional, the amenities from the front door to the breakfast was just it should, GREAT!!!! I will recommend this hotel if you are traveling I-55
Business Trip
Nice helpful and knowledgeable staff. Hotel had clean rooms and supplied a daily hot fresh breakfast. On the days I could not get breakfast a to go bag was given with breakfast snacks an fruit an water.
