Very Poor Customer Service at Front Desk

We reserved this motel for 2 nights via an internet search based on the pictures and description on their website. We saw a nice continental breakfast displayed with fruit, juice, snacks, and coffee, along with a pool on their official corporate website. Upon arrival, however, there was no pool and the continental breakfast was only a few cheap pastries like you get in a box of "Little Debbies", and coffee. I asked the woman who checked us in about it, as I assumed there would be more put out in the morning for breakfast and she replied that there would be only what was there now. Not even juice or milk. She said "it didn't come in". That is unacceptable and pure laziness, as there is a market across the parking lot that she could have waddled over to and from which she could have bought a couple containers of milk and juice. To top it off, I heard her tell another guest who must have been staying there for a few days already that they wouldn't be resupplied until Friday. (This was Wednesday, early afternoon) The young lady acted disappointed when the woman at the desk continued to tell her that she wouldn't get any of it, though, until Saturday morning! This woman checking us in appeared to be the manager, as she was staying in the back with a couple of yapping, smelly dogs. (I could smell the dogs upon entering the lobby) She made no effort to stock the breakfast area to match how it is displayed on their website, even knowing for several days they were out of items. To make this even more ridiculous is that they almost tripled their normal rate to take advantage of the Pendleton Roundup which was going on 35 miles east. You'd think they'd step up their game a bit to reflect their outrageous price gouging. A final note, the housekeeping lady was very nice and the room was clean, as well as the bedding. I asked her for additional toiletries, as we paid for a room for 4 and it was only supplied for 2. This housekeeper was very pleasant and gave me some extra coffee packets and towels. I did not try to log into their wifi. The air conditioning worked fine, but was a little loud. The bath and shower were small and the shower head was only about 5' 5" high so you have to duck down to wash your hair. The rooms are surrounded with parking lots, and there is no nice area to sit outside. Bottom line: Don't trust the pictures for this motel, unless they're supplied by actual guests! I should have snapped a few to post with my review. Sorry I didn't!

We have stayed here a couple times and the rooms are clean and functional, Mexican food next door is good! This last time my daughter left her stuffed parrot in our room! I called them and they went looking for it and held it for her all week until we went back through!! She was so happy that they found it for her! So nice of them! We will continue to stay there one our trips!

Old, dated, dirty carpet, flies in room, toilet lopsided. Beds adequate, and Direct TV works, but pool closed till next year! Other hotels are available which you will see immediately but not listed on Booking.com.

Stopped off here on another good ol trip along I-90. The room was fairly quiet and the wifi was good. I was very tired of driving at this point. The room was older, but clean. I would recommend for budget seekers.

Put Your Head Down In Boardman

We had driven from Idaho Falls, and needed somewhere for the night. This motel provides a reasonably clean option. The furniture and rooms are somewhat tired, but they are maintained to a reasonable standard. At the price, great value.
