Close to airport
Our family stayed here at the start and end of our trip as it was close to airport and we had late and really early flights. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Particularly the gentleman at the front desk on the late night of the 24th. The hotel was clean and typical quality for this chain. I Would recommend especially for easy airport access.

i loved it no problem. the front desk service was very friendly, with the right answers to our questions, and gregorio was very helpful and politely with us. made us comfortable as well as the manager juan. i will definitely book my spot when i come back. thank you all for your hospitality !
Comfortable and safe stay close to the free zone
This hotel is very clean and safe, and is only a 2 minute drive from the free zone. The outside area is really nice for relaxing, and the staff are all friendly. Franklyn, who works in the restaurant, was especially welcoming. He happily helped me with my Spanish, and recommended his favorite dishes from the menu. He was always smiling and courteous, sometimes even singing along to the Christmas music. I'll definitely be staying here again.
Good Place for a day in transit
Food was excellent, as well as service and attention. First floor room smell because of high humidity. Rooms that have windows to the pool get some music noise in the evening, making it difficult to rest.
Stunning Hotel
I had the opportunity to stay at the Quality Hotel in Santo Domingo on two separate occasions this past summer. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, and every aspect of my experience was absolutely outstanding. During both of my stays, the staff members went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met and were extremely attentive. Check-in was a smooth and seamless process and our group had our room assignments in a mere matter of minutes. The room was impeccably clean during both of our stays and featured an abundance of modern amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable and was very supportive. The flat-screen television in the room was a lovely amenity and featured a variety of different channels. The bathroom was large, spacious, and well-appointed. The toiletries provided were of high quality, as were the towels and other bathroom amenities. The amenities at this hotel are on par with those that large resorts offer, and there was so much to do throughout our stays. The outdoor pool area was absolutely stunning. The pool featured a volleyball net and had a very lively atmosphere. There was an abundance of loungers on the pool deck and were perfect for relaxing and soaking up the beautiful sunshine. Besides the outdoor pool, there was a basketball course and a variety of other recreational activities available. There was so much to do throughout both of my stays and the hotel itself also features a variety of convenient amenities as well. The onsite laundry facilities were extremely useful, and the front desk had detergent and other products readily available for purchase. The hotel also featured complimentary high-speed internet access that was available throughout the entire property and had speeds that were more than suitable for basic web browsing. The hotel also featured a business center that was well equipped with multiple desktops and a print station. The food at the hotel was absolutely incredible. The complimentary breakfast served in the morning was delicious, and there were an abundance of offerings. During our second stay, we had a large dinner in one of the event spaces. All of the food was delicious, and the wait staff was extremely attentive. Overall, I would highly recommend the Quality Hotel in Santo Domingo. Despite its close proximity to the international airport, it boasts an abundance of amenities and a very lively and fun atmosphere.
