This poor hotel needs an update! It’s really run down. Our room was clean and we didn’t experience any problems but we heard more than one guest complain about ants and more in their room. The breakfast was not that good. Few choices. Staff was nice but all the guest complaints seem to wear them down. You expect more from a Garden Inn. Giving a three star is really pushing it.

Don't Stay Here!

Do yourself a favor and don't stay here. The first room we were given had a NASTY funky smell to it. We couldn't take it and so we had to change rooms. The second room had the same nasty smell but to a lesser extent and so we had to tolerate it. The daytime manager (or this is what he called himself when I asked to speak to a manger) was so rude and arrogant. He made me feel like I was doing him a favor by staying here. He does not belong in the hospitality business. Hotel is dated and old and the carpet throughout the hotel is probably from the 1970's. Was told at check-in by the rude manager that they were not cleaning my room because I was only staying 2 nights! Really? I know this was the policy during covid, but this is Florida and we all know the COVID restrictions are very loose. They just don't want to pay staff to clean rooms. Since they didn't clean my room, I had to go down to the front desk to ask for more towels. Yes, I had to go down to front desk because nobody was answering the phone. This is my first every hotel review and I hate bashing places during a time when things are rough, but since the "Manager" showed no remorse and could give two craps about his customers, here you go. There are many other options in the area.

Worst Hilton Graden Inn EVER

Recent stay at Hilton Garden Inn Boca Raton, #3224001836, Feb 25-27. Been a gold member for over 10 years, #219987743 and worst stay at Hilton Garden Inn EVER. Décor in lobby and rooms old, dated and dirty, Staff more interested in their cell phone than guest service. Not recognized a gold member. Had to ask for voucher for food. Room awful, furniture and bedding awful. Did not complain as had obligations to go to for family. Food area, dirty, spilled cereal never cleaned up, even after breakfast service. Out of many things, food in dirty contains and not edible, could not eat there, went out for breakfast. Only had regular coffee and always out. 1 oz of Sun Chips in pantry $3.00.Not worth the high price of $232 a night. Last straw, cockroach runs across bed on last day. Reported to staff, NO apology, just will report. Hilton should be ashamed to have name associated with this hotel, especially in Boca Raton

Rude employees and no room service or restaurant

Employees were rude. Broken laundry. No restaurant and then they try to charge u for a free hampton inn danish. No coffee cups or lids. No room service. Ask a question and employees are rude. Manager Amy was also rude. Stay somewhere else.

We had to go out for food and drink. Room was just OK Price was around $200.....But after all the fees and taxes $275. The parking was good. Also to many Dogs. No free Breakfast. $10 for each person to eat.
