Love everything about this hotel, the staff are always welcoming and friendly, room has all that I need and location is spectacular. Houston’s is right next door and the beach just a short drive. The mall and other great restaurants all up the street from here as well.

Unexpected trip to Boca Raton

I can't say enough positive things about the Sonesta Hotel. I came down for a family emergency and the staff all made my stay as stress free as possible, from check in to check out. The room was immaculate, the bed was so very comfortable, the lobby was lovely, and the pool area was secluded and a total bonus. The workout room was immaculate and the treadmill was topnotch. A special shout out to Vinette at the front desk for going above and beyond, and to the cleaning staff. Highly recommend the Sonesta and will surely choose to stay here if I come back to Boca Raton.

I stay here all the time when I come to visit my girlfriend. The staff are very friendly, rooms are always well kept and clean and my last visit I arrived earlier than my checkin time but the Lady at the front desk Rosa was extremely helpful with finding me a room ! I definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family staying in the area

Clean, comfortable Rooms with deficiencies

I checked in around 11pm. After settling into my room, I went to use the bathroom. After making a substantial deposit I tried to flush only to find that the water was turned off! The valve was not a standard valve so I couldn't turn it back on. That was room 409. I re-packed and got another room only to find that the TV didn't work. It turned on, but the box feeding the video wasn't working. That was room 405. They put me in another room - this one around the corner from the lobby. Only the MUSAK from the lobby was loud enough to bleed into my room, so I moved again. That was room 100. I got to my final room, 435, only to find that the remote for the TV was missing. I went back to the front desk. The attendant couldn't find another remote so I suggested that I go back to room 405 and get that remote - since that TV wasn't working anyway - to use in my room. It was 12:20 AM by the time I settled in. It's now 8:15 AM and I am far from feeling rested for my drive home. The night clerk was very friendly, sympathetic and accommodating and the rooms in general were comfortable. But they NEED to have a staff meeting with their maintenance and housekeeping employees. I was about to charge them for my time as their ROOM INSPECTOR.

My stay at Sonesta was very lovely me and my kids enjoyed it the beds was very comfortable and the rooms was amazing the pool the gym room everything the workers was great Johnson for most help me a lot for my reservation and made my stay better thanks I will come back again and again I loved it‼️ ❤️
