The room was clean and spacious. The Farmer's Table was excellent but pricey. Front desk clerk Carol Griffin was very pleasant! The swimming pool and deck area was very nice, and we loved the hot spa as well.

Boca

It was late upon arrival and inquired about restaurants in the area. The front desk recommended the hotel restaurant...a bit skeptical at first, it did not disappoint. Be sure to visit the restaurant - Farmer's Table.

Interesting Find in Our Room

Reviewed 12 october, 2021

The one star I'm giving is specifically for Brandon, who handled my concern extremely quickly and professionally and was the saving grace of this stay. Unfortunately, I checked into this hotel on Saturday evening prior to a wedding. Upon getting ready, we noticed a syringe sticking out of the carpet. It is quite possibly the most disturbing thing I've ever seen in a hotel and it led me to think if a syringe on the carpet in the middle of the room was not noticed, what else was overlooked during the "cleaning", and I use cleaning extremely lightly. Brandon offered to switch us rooms immediately. Since we were about to leave, we asked if this was available for us to do upon our return from the event later in the evening, which he made happen. Though it was very quick help, unfortunately, I would never return to or recommend a hotel where they carelessly clean and don't notice biohazards within their own rooms.

Sales Conference Sept. 2021

Reviewed 18 september, 2021

Our company held our 2021 Sales Conference here. We had 24 participants over 3 days. The hotel is kept very clean, the staff are friendly and accommodating, the pool area is immaculate and the food offerings are very healthy and more than enough in our conferences. Many thanks to Amy Hoodack & Nicole in Banquet Sales as well as Yojany in Group Sales for all of your assistance in making our conference all that it could be. Great job! Thank you, NovaTech Automation

Where's the skunk?

Reviewed 17 september, 2021

Recently stayed for two nights. Asked for an allergen free room and got one that smelled like skunk = pot smell. The hot water never worked in the shower, either. Upon checking out, when I mentioned the skunk smell, the front desk clerk told me that it's the "new normal," and all hotel rooms now smell like marijuana and it's just "the clientele we now serve." Wow. I have noticed the smell in other hotel rooms at other brands (Marriott, Hilton), so maybe he's right. But it also doesn't seem acceptable to fall asleep to the smell of skunk (and paying over $150 a night to do so). The morning cafe staff on the second floor were great, so there's the two stars - for them.
