Looks idyllic But don’t be fooled, Not the best experience ! Shower head sprayed anyway The loo brush holder was silver in colour but rusty had been covered with tinfoil to cover the rust The fridge was in the wardrobe, was a danger as with doors closed it was over heating No tea coffee or cups only sugar The staff were uninterested in helping you Not a pleasant experience
Nothing to recommend
Me, my boyfriend and his family stayed here for three days and no one of us was really happy with our stay. The staff is not at all service minded; they don’t put any effort, short in tone and makes the guests feel like you are bothering. The rooms are super small, not fresh and clean and the towels smells! The location is great but not worth it!
Bad Service but with a good view
They had the split ac to cool the room but the heater was not working. The weather was windy and cold. Bathroom had leakages and the wooden planks were rotten by constant water spill. The shower cubicle inside the bathroom had no door and water heating system was hell slow. Wifi speed was the worst part. They had placed an electric kettle in the room but had no teabags. The slippers were not provided and the size of the room was small though we booked a suite on the top floor. The view from the balcony was the only satisfaction we got from the hotel. Hopefully my review might help. Thanks for reading out.
Lowest possible quality with cheapest materials. Bad staff, no food or anything else to offer at night. The room stinks cigarettes, nobody is interested in helping you feel comfortable. You should avoid staying at this place.
Don't Bother Staying Here!
No lift, despite booking in November 2017 requesting "sea view or balcony" I got neither. My friend who checked in 5 hours after me got a balcony, but look at the pictures! Disgusting and no privacy. For the first 5 days, dirty laundry was just left piled on the landings and you had to climb over-not fun when they place you at the top of the hotel and you have to walk up 48 stairs to get to your room. Perla was helpful (lady helping breakfast to mid-afternoon) but others on reception not helpful. They switched off tanks, which flooded my friends balcony daily, it was like it was raining and only on her balcony! She couldn't sit outside or do anything-there was no warning from staff that they did this and they didn't seem to care when we pointed it out. It is in a good location, but so are many of the other Bodrum hotels. Breakfast was cold sausage in oil, cold eggs with chilli, cold boiled potatoes-rather odd and more of a lunch. They never had any other cereal than Coco Pops and they kept running out of milk and coffee. A shocker, and far from "luxury". My friend asked how many star their rating was, and the reply was "we do not have stars, we are a boutique hotel". Sums up the overall don't give a crap attitude.
