Just home from an amazing stay at very chic. From arriving you are greeted with the most friendly staff. The rooms give me Balinese style minimal and very clean. Only downside is lack of wardrobe space if I was to be picky. The restaurant really surpassed my expectations of previous all inclusives I've stayed in gumbet. I like the non style buffet grab what you can, this was chilled and everything bought out for you. Sometimes a few orders were wrong but I'm guessing this was teething problems from just opening for the start of the season because the last day of leaving we saw a big change. Entertainment so good . Bar staff well big shout out to engin, Ulcan and another guy with glasses I sadly can't remember you are amazing. Entertainment staff khan you are superb very professional and a asset and Carlos you made me laugh so much. Really loved our stay th ask you.

Me and my partner stayed here for a week in room 701 as soon as we got to the hotel we was met by the 2 young men on reception cant remember their names but they was so friendly and couldn't do enough for us made us totally at home , the room was lovely had everything you needed and was very clean and cosy. The food was amazing and the waiting staff was very friendly and done everything they could to.please you., entertainment was really good, carlos was very friendly and always made time for speak to you we was so happy with our stay we already booked for same time next year but for 10 days this time instead of 7 see you all soon guys and thanks again for lovely holiday .

The hotel itself is lovely, nice decorated, with lots of nature. The staff is amazing, from Bulash, MarshAllah and all the people. The only down side of the hotel is the snack/lunch/dinner/ the team don’t know what they are doing and how to handle the restaurant. The food is awful, they don’t know how to cook simple pasta and fish. We had twice the sea bass uncooked, literally raw. You order the food and you will have to wait ages before you receive it and before receiving the correct one and especially not cold. I can see that they are trying but there is not organisation when is about the service, a lot of angry guests. They need a system in place to handle the orders as they come to your table with food that you did not order or they don’t come at all and you will be sitting there until they tell you that the service is finish so you can’t have food. If you don’t care about the food then this is the perfect hotel for vibes and friendliness.

The hotel was very clean, the service was great with Metin as ultimate host. The hotel is in the center of delicous food, nice music and relaxing beaches. The breakfast service is a good start of the day and all the personal are very friendly and respectful.
