We had a great experience at the Hampton Inn and Suites Boerne. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean , spacious and quiet. They offered several breakfast choices. I especially enjoyed the pumpkin spice waffles.

Too bright to sleep

We pulled off the highway to break up a long drive, and I wish I had my time and money back. Our room was too warm and way too bright. Since no one was sleeping, we left around 5AM very dissatisfied..

Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly. Hotel was easy find. When I called for the location the staff member was very accommodating to my needs. Interstate 10 is under repair and made getting to the hotel difficult at first.

Very clean and nice hotel. Friendly staff, well appointed in the rooms. Only hard part was the construction trying to figure out how to reach the hotel. Good news for future guest, it looks like the majority of the service road will be open soon!

Beyond accommodating

I had to come into Boerne because my mother was ill. This hotel went above and beyond to make sure I felt as comfortable as possible. I can not thank the staff enough. I will be coming back in town soon and this is definitely where I will be staying! Don’t mind the minor traffic. It is an easy in and out off the highway. Thank you Jerry Jr Odell
