Great Location and Very Pleasant Staff

Reviewed 14 march, 2018

I had my doubts due to price but to my surprise this property definitely exceeds expectation. It was like a small one bed room apartment with a small kitchen!! I must say the rooms were very clean and the maid cleaned and freshen rooms every day.Great location and less than 5 minutes walk to a large shopping mall "unicentro" and many restaurants. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was included .It was not great but average good..

Bad guest services

I visited this place for just a weekend and I'll tell you a few important things you need to consider. Great location, "safe" my friends and I didn't see anything bad. Costumer service from the front desk sucks. The girl that checked me in didn't even greet me, I had to make a point to say Hello! I'm here. I have requested a few things like an iron, blow dryer and coffee maker which only the blow dyer was in the room upon arrival. I asked so many times for the iron since I was on vacations and most of my clothes needs to be iron. But it wasn't delivered until after breakfast the next day and the man who delivered it said when he handed to me "bring it down to the front desk when you're done". I was socked because it had take them a long time to deliver and now they were rushing ME!! Came to find out they only have 3 irons in the whole building. (Travel with your own iron) The breakfast buffet was always empty, coffee was not hot. They need to work on their costumer service

Disappointed by the lack of ambience

Reviewed 13 february, 2017

I had so many hopes when I booked this property due to its proximity to my mom's. Unfortunately the lack of amenities in the room took away from the stay. The furnishings are cheap and lack any appeal. The decor is all white as is the unappealing LED lighting although the property. In hindsight I should've stayed at a standard room, not a long stay suite, since I didn't use the kitchenette or the living room. Look for photos of the rooms before you book it just to be safe. Breakfast is included but it's not that appealing. Besides the location, the access to Josue the driver that works with the hotel, was great. In Bogotá you need to have a trusted driver to get you around safely. He's not cheap but worth every penny.

Nice hotel and very good price. The breakfast is OK but not what we like in North Amerika. Hotel Stuff is friendly but not speaking English. Overall good experience and hotel is clean. Very convenient location near bus stops , shopping centres and many restaurants

Great large clean rooms, plenty of space, friendly people

Reviewed 9 october, 2015

Unlike botique hotels, this hotel offers plenty of space along with the Bogota charm. Located within a quick walking distance to Unicentro it was easy to walk to lunch and shopping. The hotel serves a free breakfast which is very good. Yesterday we had eggs with sausage and today was eggs with mushrooms. They also keep just eggs ready, scrambled and hard boiled. The room included a kitchnette, plus a separate living area and separate bedroom. There was tons of closet space. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. They were extremely pleasant and polite and you could tell they care about their guests. The rooms were very clean as well If you are staying in the area this place is fantastic. I was on the 6th floor and the wifi worked great, and worked all the time.
