A room with a view !
Most rooms have a stunning view over the city and the surrounding mountains. Perfectly equipped rooms, great beds and breakfast is a feast ! A bit far from the center for a visit but as a transit hotel (nearby the airport!) it's great.
Nice,clean, friendly staff, great location
Excellent service, super friendly staff, good food, very comfortable rooms, central and it is easily take a taxi to the other parts of the city and shopping Malls! The restaurant has an open kitchen which you can see clearly how they cook your meal in front of you! Aother advantage of this hotel is there is a Cafeteria next to the hotel called Toastoa Cafe, verry cheap snacks and drinks for only COP 4000 /3000 = $1 / $2 If you're really hungry and craving for some typical Colombian dishes for a cheap price!,, I'll recommend Parilla Restaurant next to the cafeteria Toastoa.
Basic Hotel
I stayed for 03 nights, the location is average, it is in the middle of the airport and the main plaza, it is near from the gran estacion mall, the streets seems lonely. My room was 802, it was comfortable, it has a king bed, a flat screen TV , safety deposit box and a minibar. The bathroom has a shower with high pressure of water, hair dryer and amenities like shampoo,body lotion, mouthwash, needle and thread. The food at the restaurant is good, I tried baby beef with french fries, hamburger and sandwich with jam and cheese for dinner. The breakfast is a buffet, it has juices, breads (croissant , petit breads, toast), ham, scramble eggs, butter. jam and a lot of fruits (melon, papaya , pineapple, kiwi, stawberry). The lobby and the restaurant are on the fifth floor. Cons: The pillows aren`t flat. Only one day the maid didn`t clean the shower.
Loud room, TV broken, no breakfast
We staid in this Hotel due to a delay in our flight. We had breakfast included in our voucher, but when we did the check in and went to the restaurant (9am) there was nothing left!!!! They gave us a room with 4 individual beds, instead of one double bed (we are a couple). The room was super loud, you can hear the traffic and people talking on the street, and we were on the 7th floor! The TV was not working, we called front desk but they never came to fix it. Overall was a bad experience. Will not come back!

wonderful accommodations.... good location, good service, close to public transportation and city nightlife. Very safe for travelers to be out at night, police on every corner... we did not feel unsafe at any time.
