Absolutley the best pick
We had an airport pickup reserved with this hotel...our flight was delayed an hour ...he was there waiting and so friendly. As soon as we arrive we are thrilled with this hotel and our room Lovely large room..king size bed..kitchen facilities and sitting room ..super clean. Huge soaking tub. The breakfast included was great..nice choice of meats breads and fruit...also a menu with breakfast items included. Walking distance to shopping area and eateries...safe area to stay.
Exquisite hotel in a perfect location
Very good hotel situated in an extremely quiet and safe are. It has anything you would want in a hotel. It is steps away from many restaurants and shopping area, Andino Mall but one hour away from the historical center of Bogota. It is easy accessible by bus and taxi.
Great stay
Very friendly staff! The breakfast was delicious, lots of choice between fresh fruit and everything else. The rooms were exceptioannly clean. I definitely have no complaints about this hotel, even the location was great!

Very good hotel with one fatal flaw
We loved this hotel. Great location. Incredibly friendly and efficient staff. Extremely comfortable room and guest areas. Good breakfast. Ok restaurant. Great value for money, but. . . The hot water is never hot, it varies from just acceptable at times to nearly cold at others. We have noticed other complaints about this. Management needs to invest in a new system. Other niggles were. . On arrival the reception tried to put us into a lesser room than we had booked through Expedia, despite the fact Expedia is very precise in its room descriptions. We got the correct room in the end. This has happened to us before where hotel reservations try this on and, if the customer doesn’t complain, they have the better room to resell. Instead of just giving the guest the hotel wifi code for the duration of your stay, the hotel gives you a tiny square of paper with an access code on it which only lasts for three days, and you need a separate code for each device! Please really fix the hot water and we will be back!
