All services, including breakfast, room cleaning and laundry are at the highest level. Personnel at the desk is very professional and friendly, helping at any time of the day. Business room are also good. One of the best locations in the Bogota.

As a former General Manager with Marriott and Renaissance Hotels, I can attest the Staff here consistently strive to deliver an exceptional Hospitality experience. Food & Beverage, Room Cleanliness, Guest Service...ALL TOP NOTCH! In fact, we will be travelling to Bogota again this year, for 15 days, and have already reserved our room at this hotel.

Great hotel at a great price

Fantastic room, shower and location! Lots of wonderful restaurants, shopping, yet located in a quit place, within a safe neighborhood. Great hiking within walking distance (La Aguadora), and beautiful surrounding streets for a morning or afternoon stroll. Friendly personnel always willing to help any way they can.

Fantastic hotel in a safe area

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the friendly staff on the door and when checking in. They made us feel very welcome. This was our first visit to Bogota and couldn’t have picked a better hotel. Our room was very comfortable with lovely views of the mountains. For the first time on our 3 week stay in Colombia there were tea and coffee making facilities in the room - being from the UK we were missing our tea! Anything else you needed housekeeping would provide straight away. There was plenty of choice at breakfast - lots of lovely breads/cakes, a wide selection of fresh fruit, meats, cheeses and even chocolate milk! Cooked food if you wanted it. The hotel backed onto a shopping mall which was huge with places to exchange currency. The surrounding area was very safe and quiet with a nice park opposite - I went walking every day on my own. There is a flea market nearby and lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Only a 30 min drive from the airport too - we used the hotels airport shuttle. I would not hesitate to stay here again and fully recommend it.

Trip to Bogota for a Wedding

As soon as our arrival, staff were very attentive and ready to give us a good service The room was confortable, had a nice view to the mountains of Bogota, the amenities were beyond expectations, everything you need to feel at home. Location perfect, next to a shopping mall, as well as to a market. The maid services were excellent, they went out of their way to put roses in a vase for us. The porter was also very attentive and Sebastian at the desk was courteous and very helpful.
