Having now stayed at the Courtyard Copley Marriott for personal trips as well as Buisness trips & give it a 10 out of 10 each time! My preference when traveling to Boston is to stay at the Courtyard Copley every time! The staff is always super attentive & amazing , the property is impeccably cared for & conveniently located for easy accessibility, & the rooms are always cleaned & sanitized to perfection which is essential in this day & age. Thank you Todd & team for your continued hospitality!

Great hotel. Staff is efficient and friendly. Rooms are well appointed and the beds are so comfortable! Walking distance to all the great shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this property for business or pleasure. The also offer in room dining from Joes American bar….get the eggs Benny!

Stayed there just one night but I was impressed with all aspects of the hotel: its location, staff, cleanliness and comfort. The bed was especially comfortable which is important to me as I have a sensitive back. It will be my go to hotel the next time I visit Boston.
Unable to control temperature in room. For two days it was 77-79 degrees in our room. It went to 57-59 degrees.

Nice room overlooking Exeter street. Parking garage across the street. Central location with nice staff. Easy walking distance to restaurants and the subway. Temperature was either very hot or very cold in our room. Not a pleasant experience. We called desk. They sent an engineer. He opened the window and said he was going to check downstairs. We woke up in the morning to 58 degrees. We had already shut the window. Called desk again. He said he would go check the heat downstairs. This is not a cheap motel. Strange climate control situation.

I stayed here in 2019, and am a Marriott Bonvoy member. This was my first business trip since the pandemic. When I arrived, I was told I had to self park -- I get it. Then I was given a room on the 3rd floor, when my profile says I want to stay on a higher level, so I rejected the first room. When I got to my room, it faced a vacant building, no view. There was detritus on the floor. Then there was this wonky electric switch that was the master for the entire room. Unknowingly, I turned it off when I went to bed, and then couldn't get the bathroom light to work in the morning. I had to shower in the dark. When I reported it to the front desk, they spoke with me like it was my fault. Every time I tried to get into my room, my key wouldn't work and I had to go back down to get a new one. Finally, I had to chase down my receipt after my stay, it was not emailed. I will be going elsewhere now that in person meetings have begun again.
